Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. Dr. Stanline Anto, PT, DPT received his Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from India and his Doctorate from Utica college in NY. Stan has eight years of experience, spending his last three years with Reddy Care. I began in Reddy Care’s home therapy program, where I was for two years, and now I am working in the clinic. I support all of the therapists at the Great Neck location, along with the techs and the front desk. I ensure that patient care is optimal and that every patient has a pleasant experience and that they reach their treatment goals.

Dr. Franklin Sinchi, PT, DPT graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017. During his time in Stony Brook’s Physical Therapy program, he completed clinical affiliations in acute care, pediatric, and outpatient vestibular/neurological/orthopedics. Since graduating, he has worked in an outpatient clinic and In-Home PT. All this has allowed him to treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a variety of cases ranging from neurological deficits to orthopedic pathology. Dr. Sinchi's areas of interest are in orthopedics, post-surgical care, and neurological rehabilitation. Most importantly, I take pride in developing an effective treatment plan for each individual to help them obtain or regain each of their needs and goals in physical therapy.    .  

Antonette Cabello, PT went to physical therapy school in the Philippines and has been practicing in a variety of patient settings for over 34 years. She enjoys the challenge of treating different conditions and likes to focus on using manual techniques and educating her patients in the management of his/her condition.

Dr. Darnell Peters, PT, DPT graduated from Andrew’s University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2010. He has since worked in various settings from acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient clinics, aqua-therapy, and home care and has over 10+ years of experience as a PT.

Dr. Rivi Har-El is a physical therapist, dance/movement therapist, author, and innovator in the field of integrative healing. With over four decades of clinical experience, Dr. Rivi has devoted her life to helping individuals find relief from chronic pain and reclaim freedom in their bodies — blending biomechanics with emotional intelligence, movement therapy, and, most recently, light energy work. 

Dr. Rivi earned her credentials as a Registered Physical Therapist in 1983. She later completed a Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy from Hunter College, NY, in 1991 and earned her PhD in Physical Therapy from New York University in 2000.

Her work has spanned acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, always anchored in deep compassion and a dedication to treating the whole person. Throughout her career, Dr. Rivi has explored the intersection of physical symptoms and mental-emotional states. Her background in psychology and dance/movement therapy led her to develop a more holistic model of care — one that integrates therapeutic exercise with breath, somatic awareness, and mindful movement. This approach culminated in the creation of the RiVision Method, a pioneering body-mind modality that empowers patients to become active participants in their healing.

From 2009 to 2018, Dr. Har-El served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at The State University of New York, where she taught future therapists about body-mind awareness and the RiVision Method. She is also an active lecturer at professional events for therapists and educators.

Mahmud Ibrahim, MD, practices at Ascension Spine, Pain, and Sports Medicine in East Brunswick, New Jersey. He holds dual board certification in sports medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation and is fellowship trained in interventional pain management.

When treating patients at Ascension Spine, Pain, and Sports Medicine, his goal is to restore function, reduce pain, and promote an active, healthy lifestyle using conservative measures whenever possible.

Dr. Ibrahim has provided sideline coverage at football games, captained the medical tents at the New York City marathon, and was a ringside physician for the Golden Gloves of America boxing tournament and professional wrestling. 

Alena Polesin, MD, is a board-certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician), and also specializes in sport and pain medicine. She is proud to serve patients at New Jersey Pain Management, with offices in Morristown, and Rockaway.

After graduating from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, she completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian – The University Hospital of Columbia & Cornell, serving as a Chief Resident.  After extensive post residency training and clinical experiences in musculoskeletal medicine, she became Director of Spine, Sports & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at New Jersey Pain Management -The Spine, Sports and Pain Medicine Center. Dr. Sara Biscoe PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine.

Dr. Biscoe graduated from McDaniel College in 2022 with a BA in Kinesiology and an AA in Spanish. While at McDaniel, she was a member of the women’s soccer team helping bring the team to their first ever Centennial Conference championship in 2021! Dr. Biscoe continued her education at Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where she graduated in 2025. As a student PT Dr. Biscoe gained valuable experience in outpatient orthopedics, acute care trauma and pediatrics.  Growing up as an athlete Dr. Biscoe has always had a passion for sports, and she wanted to pursue a career where she could impact the life of athletes the same way Physical Therapists helped her return to the sports that she loved.

When she’s not at the clinic Dr. Biscoe enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, watching hockey, going to concerts and lifting weights at the gym.
