Jose Campos, MD, is a Board Certified Physiatrist and Sports Medicine doctor, who specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, and non-surgical orthopedic conditions. He earned his undergraduate degree from New York University, and graduated from New Jersey Medical School (University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey) in 2007.

Dr. Campos completed an internship at Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York, and a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Kessler/Rutgers University. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Interventional Pain Management at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.

Dr. Campos was born and raised in New York City before his family relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and later Mexico City. Prabal Singh, PT, DPT received his Bachelors Degree in physical therapy while in India.  He then continued his education and received a Masters of Neuroscience from Columbia University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 and has been working at Reddy Care since 2013.  He loves to treat neurological patients and enjoys watching cricket and soccer games during his free time.

Dr. Franklin Sinchi, PT, DPT graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017. During his time in Stony Brook’s Physical Therapy program, he completed clinical affiliations in acute care, pediatric, and outpatient vestibular/neurological/orthopedics. Since graduating, he has worked in an outpatient clinic and In-Home PT. All this has allowed him to treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a variety of cases ranging from neurological deficits to orthopedic pathology. Dr. Sinchi's areas of interest are in orthopedics, post-surgical care, and neurological rehabilitation. Dan earned his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. Upon graduating, Dan was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society and later received a perfect score on his National Physical Therapy Licensing Boards. His previous academic achievements have reflected his commitment to his education and the profession as a whole.

As part of his Doctoral training, Dan completed multiple clinical rotations across various clinical settings in order to become a well rounded clinician. While at Kingsbrook Medical Center he treated various post-surgical orthopedic and neurological conditions as well as patients with acute traumatic brain injury in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. He accumulated experience working with various orthopedic cases and sports related injuries while completing 2 outpatient rotations in Manhattan. Dan has accrued experience working within a fast paced and complex acute care setting at New York Presbyterian. Here, he worked closely with the medical team evaluating and treating various conditions across multiple medical floors and ICUs with an emphasis on acute stroke rehabilitation.

Dan’s treatment approach is a comprehensive combination of modern pain science education, hands on manual therapy, structured and progressive corrective exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to restore proper movement patterns, promote optimal outcomes and prevent future injury while honoring each patient’s unique goals. He promotes a patient first approach with a very strong emphasis on active involvement and open communication which facilitates patient independence. Started in 2003, Dr. Somareddy built his practice under the guiding principles of providing quality care that fosters a patient-centered culture committed to improving the lives of everyone who comes through the door. 

As the eldest son in the family, Dr. Somareddy decided to honor his father’s own dedication to patient care, naming his practice after him. Dr. Somareddy’s father, nicknamed “Reddy,” worked as a nurse at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he garnered a reputation for his knowledge, perseverance, and compassionate patient care. Dr. Somareddy knows his success stems from his father’s influence, and he built a team that puts the patient’s needs above all else.

Dr. Somareddy earned his degree at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Caryn Blum, MPT has been a therapist for 23 years, and graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware. I have worked in all aspects of physical therapy including hospitals, rehab centers, outpatient and now homecare. Cordell Chapman, PT is a graduate of Northeastern University, and is passionate about physical therapy. When Cordell began this journey over thirty years ago, she didn't foresee the privilege of being able to work in multiple settings such as pediatrics, acute care, orthopedics, in patient and out-patient rehab all have which have sharpened my skills and enhanced my thirst for knowledge. She now enjoys the challenges of working with the geriatric population, particularly with balance disorders, to regain function and independence with activities of daily living. Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008.
