Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Dr. Maitreyi Shukla, PT, DPT, MS, Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist has over 10 years of experience. She finished her undergraduate studies in India and since has unending dedication towards patient care while working in various clinical settings with a focus on evidence-based care. She came to the USA to pursue her Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences from the prestigious University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in orthopedic rehabilitation. Since her graduation, she has worked in an outpatient setting with an emphasis on hands-on care while helping complex patients suffering from a myriad of problems achieve their goals. She simultaneously has pursued her passion for learning by achieving her DPT as well as on keeping her education current while pursuing various programs including taping, PNF, and manual therapy. She most recently was named as a board-certified clinical specialist in geriatrics by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities (ABPTS) of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Dr. Vinod Somareddy, PT, DPT, is the founder and president of Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy with locations throughout New York in Farmingdale, Great Neck, North Shore Towers, Oceanside, Woodbury, Bayside, Deer Park, and Upper Westside of New York Cit. Started in 2003, Dr. Somareddy built his practice under the guiding principles of providing quality care that fosters a patient-centered culture committed to improving the lives of everyone who comes through the door. 

As the eldest son in the family, Dr. Somareddy decided to honor his father’s own dedication to patient care, naming his practice after him. Dr. Somareddy’s father, nicknamed “Reddy,” worked as a nurse at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he garnered a reputation for his knowledge, perseverance, and compassionate patient care. Dr. Somareddy knows his success stems from his father’s influence, and he built a team that puts the patient’s needs above all else.

Dr. Stanline Anto, PT, DPT received his Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from India and his Doctorate from Utica college in NY. Stan has eight years of experience, spending his last three years with Reddy Care. I began in Reddy Care’s home therapy program, where I was for two years, and now I am working in the clinic. I support all of the therapists at the Great Neck location, along with the techs and the front desk. I ensure that patient care is optimal and that every patient has a pleasant experience and that they reach their treatment goals.

Dr. Rivi Har-El is a physical therapist, dance/movement therapist, author, and innovator in the field of integrative healing. With over four decades of clinical experience, Dr. Rivi has devoted her life to helping individuals find relief from chronic pain and reclaim freedom in their bodies — blending biomechanics with emotional intelligence, movement therapy, and, most recently, light energy work. 

Dr. Rivi earned her credentials as a Registered Physical Therapist in 1983. She later completed a Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy from Hunter College, NY, in 1991 and earned her PhD in Physical Therapy from New York University in 2000.

Her work has spanned acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, always anchored in deep compassion and a dedication to treating the whole person. Throughout her career, Dr. Rivi has explored the intersection of physical symptoms and mental-emotional states. Her background in psychology and dance/movement therapy led her to develop a more holistic model of care — one that integrates therapeutic exercise with breath, somatic awareness, and mindful movement. From 2009 to 2018, Dr. Har-El served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at The State University of New York, where she taught future therapists about body-mind awareness and the RiVision Method. She is also an active lecturer at professional events for therapists and educators.

In 2016, Dr. Rivi published her highly regarded book, Moving Pain Away – RiVision: An Innovative Physical Therapy Method, a work that beautifully synthesises decades of hands-on experience. Mahmud Ibrahim, MD, practices at Ascension Spine, Pain, and Sports Medicine in East Brunswick, New Jersey. He holds dual board certification in sports medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation and is fellowship trained in interventional pain management.

When treating patients at Ascension Spine, Pain, and Sports Medicine, his goal is to restore function, reduce pain, and promote an active, healthy lifestyle using conservative measures whenever possible.

Though Dr. Ibrahim treats pain from any cause, his special clinical interests include musculoskeletal medicine, non-operative spine procedures, orthopedics, sports medicine, electrodiagnostic medicine, and restorative therapy.

Alena Polesin, MD, is a board-certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician), and also specializes in sport and pain medicine. She is proud to serve patients at New Jersey Pain Management, with offices in Morristown, and Rockaway.

After graduating from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, she completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian – The University Hospital of Columbia & Cornell, serving as a Chief Resident.  After extensive post residency training and clinical experiences in musculoskeletal medicine, she became Director of Spine, Sports & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at New Jersey Pain Management -The Spine, Sports and Pain Medicine Center. Nicole attended Ithaca College and graduated with her Master’s of Science Degree in 2000 (MS). She is a licensed of Physical Therapist (PT). Upon graduation, she immediately pursued her passion for pediatrics at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she worked for 8 years. After moving back to New Jersey with her two boys in order to be closer to her family, she took a position in a leadership role at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Throughout her career, she also has had experience working in skilled nursing facilities with patients of various ages and diagnoses. She has a love for children with special needs and looks forward to volunteering with the Special Olympics this fall. She is excited to be furthering her pediatric career at Kids’ Therapy Center!

Dr. Sara Biscoe PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine.

Dr. Biscoe graduated from McDaniel College in 2022 with a BA in Kinesiology and an AA in Spanish. While at McDaniel, she was a member of the women’s soccer team helping bring the team to their first ever Centennial Conference championship in 2021! Dr. Biscoe continued her education at Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where she graduated in 2025. As a student PT Dr. Biscoe gained valuable experience in outpatient orthopedics, acute care trauma and pediatrics.  Growing up as an athlete Dr. Biscoe has always had a passion for sports, and she wanted to pursue a career where she could impact the life of athletes the same way Physical Therapists helped her return to the sports that she loved. 

Dr. Biscoe has plans to continue learning with interests in manual therapy, pediatrics and neuro-rehabilitation

When she’s not at the clinic Dr. Biscoe enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, watching hockey, going to concerts and lifting weights at the gym.
