Kristan attended SUNY Oneonta and received her bachelor's in biology in 2011 and then went onto Mercy College for her doctorate in physical therapy and graduated in 2016. She has worked in the outpatient setting since 2012 but has been a physical therapist for 6 years treating mainly orthopedic cases. She has been trained in McKenzie treatment by colleagues and has taken all the courses associated with this certification. She has taken on students at her previous employer and has a certification in being a level 1 clinical instructor from the APTA. This is her first time treating in the home care setting and thoroughly enjoys working one on one and educating the patient and family members.

Antonette Cabello, PT went to physical therapy school in the Philippines and has been practicing in a variety of patient settings for over 34 years. She enjoys the challenge of treating different conditions and likes to focus on using manual techniques and educating her patients in the management of his/her condition.

Cordell Chapman, PT is a graduate of Northeastern University, and is passionate about physical therapy. When Cordell began this journey over thirty years ago, she didn't foresee the privilege of being able to work in multiple settings such as pediatrics, acute care, orthopedics, in patient and out-patient rehab all have which have sharpened my skills and enhanced my thirst for knowledge. She now enjoys the challenges of working with the geriatric population, particularly with balance disorders, to regain function and independence with activities of daily living. She believes Reddy Care provides a healthy environment for her to serve others, even as she continue to grow as a therapist.

Russ Poker, PT has been a therapist since 1992 primarily in private practice specializing in general orthopedic care with a focus on neck and back related issues.  He graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook for Physical Therapy and hold degrees in Physical Education from Adelphi University and the Wingate Institute in Israel. Russ speaks Hebrew, Spanish and French which he finds helpful in communicating with his patients. Having a varied background of living abroad, serving in the military and participating in different sports helps him understand people better and put them more at ease. Dr. Maitreyi Shukla, PT, DPT, MS, Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist has over 10 years of experience. She finished her undergraduate studies in India and since has unending dedication towards patient care while working in various clinical settings with a focus on evidence-based care. She came to the USA to pursue her Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences from the prestigious University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in orthopedic rehabilitation. Since her graduation, she has worked in an outpatient setting with an emphasis on hands-on care while helping complex patients suffering from a myriad of problems achieve their goals. She simultaneously has pursued her passion for learning by achieving her DPT as well as on keeping her education current while pursuing various programs including taping, PNF, and manual therapy. She most recently was named as a board-certified clinical specialist in geriatrics by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities (ABPTS) of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
