Dr. Philip Tam received his Doctoral of Physical Therapy from the University of Buffalo and has been practicing in NYC since 2019. He has worked with a wide variety of diagnoses ranging from neurological disorders, cervicogenic headaches, patellofemoral pain, achilles tendinopathy, as well as post-operative cases such as ACL reconstruction, bunionectomies and joint replacements. Tiffany graduated from Columbia University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and specializes in the field of orthopedic rehabilitation and sports training.
She captained the varsity soccer team at Middlebury College when completing her undergraduate degree. One of her passions is working with pregnant and postpartum women to help alleviate low back pain, sciatica, and all of the symptoms that come along with childbirth.
She performed research which was presented at the National Physical Therapy Conference in Las Vegas on pregnancy-related low back pain. She has also worked with children from birth to adolescence, treating various pediatric physical therapy ailments.

Cynthia Sampson, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an Adult Distance Running Coach. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University, where she volunteered for the National Veterans Wheelchair Games. Throughout her career as a clinician, Cynthia has worked with individuals of all ages and athletic backgrounds. She is dedicated to helping her patients return to running pain-free by equipping them with the tools needed to maintain an active lifestyle for life. With 7 years of experience as an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor and a 2x marathon runner, Cynthia uses her expertise to create individualized treatment plans using the biopsychosocial approach, empowering her patients to achieve their goals. Dr. Franklin Sinchi, PT, DPT graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017. During his time in Stony Brook’s Physical Therapy program, he completed clinical affiliations in acute care, pediatric, and outpatient vestibular/neurological/orthopedics. Since graduating, he has worked in an outpatient clinic and In-Home PT. All this has allowed him to treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a variety of cases ranging from neurological deficits to orthopedic pathology. Dr. Sinchi's areas of interest are in orthopedics, post-surgical care, and neurological rehabilitation. Dr. Darnell Peters, PT, DPT graduated from Andrew’s University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2010. He has since worked in various settings from acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient clinics, aqua-therapy, and home care and has over 10+ years of experience as a PT.
Darnell loves to work with patients in the neuro setting dealing with issues from stroke, Parkinson’s disease, vestibular and balance issues, and more.

Prabal Singh, PT, DPT received his Bachelors Degree in physical therapy while in India. He then continued his education and received a Masters of Neuroscience from Columbia University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 and has been working at Reddy Care since 2013. He loves to treat neurological patients and enjoys watching cricket and soccer games during his free time.
Stelios Liotopoulos, PTA joined Reddy Care Physical Therapy in December of 2008, however, he began practicing in 1994. Stelios enjoys his career and his ability to interact with his patients. Stelios moved to the United States in 1989 when he was 22 years old and began working for his uncle in the fur import and export business. While working there, he attended classes to learn English. In his free time, he played soccer as it was a passion of his since he was young. Stelios played on a semi-professional team in both Greece and the US, and his passion for sports spurred his interest in physical education and exercise physiology which he studied at Queens College. Over time, he because more familiar with physical therapy as a profession and later switched majors to pursue his degree as a physical therapy assistant from LaGuardia Community College. Over the last 25 years, he has been practicing physical therapy. Stelios has also taken many continuing education courses that involve manual techniques. The techniques he has learned allow him to enhance the way he treats his patients and help to improve their recovery to get them back to their daily activities free from pain and discomfort.
Antonette Cabello, PT went to physical therapy school in the Philippines and has been practicing in a variety of patient settings for over 34 years. She enjoys the challenge of treating different conditions and likes to focus on using manual techniques and educating her patients in the management of his/her condition.
Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.
Dr. Marcelo del Rio, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for 5 years. Marcelo received my Doctorate Degree at Long Island University - Brooklyn. He has been in out-patient PT for 3 years is now doing in-home physical therapy with Reddy Care. His favorite condition to treat would include any neurological condition (Parkinoson's, MS etc.) as he is able to utilize his knowledge to help improve these patients' functional ability.
Mithun earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College while also completing his Masters in Public Health Policy and Management. Prior to physical therapy school he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Mithun has a diverse clinical experience and has worked with a variety of patient populations including outpatient orthopedics and post-operative rehab, young athletes, geriatrics, neurological injuries and wound care cases. While in school, he worked with the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps to provide valuable PT services to the underserved Native American populations living in rural Arizona.
Mithun is passionate about getting patients back to their optimal function by utilizing a holistic approach to treatment. He is also greatly interested in the field of public health and PT advocacy which lead him to pursing his MPH degree. While at NYMC the focus of his Doctoral project was to determine what kinds of personal and financial factors limit a patient from seeking PT treatment for non-specific low back pain. While working with the USPHS he also took initiatives in raising awareness of the opioid crisis as well as public education about Physical Therapy. Mithun utilizes manual therapy techniques, exercise, modalities and patient education to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions especially of the spine and shoulder which are his main interests.
Mithun was born in India and immigrated to the US with his family at a very young age. Growing up on Long Island, Mithun was involved in a variety of sports throughout his high school and undergraduate years including tennis, winter track, soccer and basketball. In his free time Mithun enjoys exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, fishing, reading, drawing and spending time with his dogs.
