About Emily Shrekgast, DPT

Dr. Emily earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University. She has experience working with a wide range of conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, balance/gait and vestibular disorders. Emily takes a collaborative and compassionate approach to care, empowering her clients to become the best version of themselves. She takes a personalized approach, tailoring every session to her clients’ unique goals and needs to deliver truly individualized care. Her experience as a competitive gymnast instilled in her the importance of consistency, hard work, and embracing challenges—principles she now brings to her clinical practice. Her special interests include post-operative rehab and strength and conditioning. Outside the clinic, Emily enjoys HIIT and Pilates classes, going down the shore, finding new coffee shops, and spending time with her niece.
