Dr. Adam Barga, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy providing in-home care for Reddy Care patients in Manhattan. He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2017, having completed a wide variety of clinical experiences including hospital, outpatient, and international rehabilitation settings. He relocated from Indiana to New York following PT school and has worked with the US Army, in an outpatient orthopedic clinic (of which he served as clinic director), and in home care serving children with special needs. Adam has experience with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic post-surgical care, post-concussion rehab, balance and dizziness, pediatric and adolescent care, and he especially enjoys working with older adults who need a boost to improve their daily activity level. Nicole attended Ithaca College and graduated with her Master’s of Science Degree in 2000 (MS). She is a licensed of Physical Therapist (PT). Upon graduation, she immediately pursued her passion for pediatrics at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she worked for 8 years. After moving back to New Jersey with her two boys in order to be closer to her family, she took a position in a leadership role at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Throughout her career, she also has had experience working in skilled nursing facilities with patients of various ages and diagnoses. She has a love for children with special needs and looks forward to volunteering with the Special Olympics this fall. She is excited to be furthering her pediatric career at Kids’ Therapy Center!

Alena Polesin, MD, is a board-certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician), and also specializes in sport and pain medicine. She is proud to serve patients at New Jersey Pain Management, with offices in Morristown, and Rockaway.

After graduating from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, she completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian – The University Hospital of Columbia & Cornell, serving as a Chief Resident.  After extensive post residency training and clinical experiences in musculoskeletal medicine, she became Director of Spine, Sports & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at New Jersey Pain Management -The Spine, Sports and Pain Medicine Center. She is currently on staff at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine – Morristown Medical Center, Atlantic Health System.  Dr. Polesin is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine and Pain Medicine. Mahmud Ibrahim, MD, practices at Ascension Spine, Pain, and Sports Medicine in East Brunswick, New Jersey. He holds dual board certification in sports medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation and is fellowship trained in interventional pain management.

When treating patients at Ascension Spine, Pain, and Sports Medicine, his goal is to restore function, reduce pain, and promote an active, healthy lifestyle using conservative measures whenever possible.

Though Dr. Ibrahim treats pain from any cause, his special clinical interests include musculoskeletal medicine, non-operative spine procedures, orthopedics, sports medicine, electrodiagnostic medicine, and restorative therapy.

After receiving an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) fellowship, he stayed at Mount Sinai to subspecialize in sports medicine and interventional spine. 

Dr. Ibrahim has published several articles on musculoskeletal medicine. He’s also a contributing author in a textbook on how to perform ultrasound-guided injections and the author of a book exploring what causes pain, how to reduce it, and ways to live with persistent pain.

Dr. Ibrahim has provided sideline coverage at football games, captained the medical tents at the New York City marathon, and was a ringside physician for the Golden Gloves of America boxing tournament and professional wrestling. 

Dr. Sara Biscoe PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine.

Dr. Biscoe graduated from McDaniel College in 2022 with a BA in Kinesiology and an AA in Spanish. While at McDaniel, she was a member of the women’s soccer team helping bring the team to their first ever Centennial Conference championship in 2021! Dr. Biscoe continued her education at Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where she graduated in 2025. As a student PT Dr. Biscoe gained valuable experience in outpatient orthopedics, acute care trauma and pediatrics.  Growing up as an athlete Dr. Biscoe has always had a passion for sports, and she wanted to pursue a career where she could impact the life of athletes the same way Physical Therapists helped her return to the sports that she loved. 

Dr. Biscoe has plans to continue learning with interests in manual therapy, pediatrics and neuro-rehabilitation

When she’s not at the clinic Dr. Biscoe enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, watching hockey, going to concerts and lifting weights at the gym.
