Dr. O’Brien completed his Bachelor Degree in Health Science and a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He earned his Clinical Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Randy has completed numerous continuing education courses with a focus on the use of manual therapy techniques coupled with a movement-based approach to treat orthopedic conditions. Eugene Trembisky is a physical therapist who has been a dedicated member of the GWOG team for 21 years.

Eugene received his Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2001. Prior to his career as a PT, Eugene practiced for seven years as a Registered Nurse at Suburban Hospital.

As a PT, Eugene has been treating numerous patients with a variety of primarily orthopedic conditions helping patients to recover after orthopedic surgeries, fractures and injuries. Eugene is passionate about explaining to patients the nature of their conditions and addressing all issues and concerns to ensure a path to optimal rehabilitation.

Vicky Geagea is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Maryland. Vicky first obtained her bachelor’s degree in Beirut, Lebanon in 1992 from the Lebanese University Faculty of Public Health, and a diploma in Cardiovascular and Respiratory Rehabilitation from René Descartes Paris V, France in 1999. She moved to the United States in 2004. In April of 2007 she began practicing at Baltimore Medical Center in Glen Burnie, MD while working toward her mastery certification in manual therapy. In 2010 Vicky received her doctorate of physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah. Since May of 2008 she has been a practicing physical therapist at Quince Orchard Medical Center. Vicky started her career working with pediatric patients with respiratory, orthopedic and neurologial disorders in addition to treating adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She focuses her practice of physical therapy on various manual techniques including trigger point therapy and myofascial release. He furthered his education at Howard University and earned his physical therapist assistant license after graduation. Matthew is also an ACE-certified nutritionist as well as an ACE-certified personal trainer.

Emilia Kubera-Shelton is a well-experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for outpatient care at the Bowie and Laurel locations of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center. She started her career at UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada, obtaining a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Emilia has treated patients ages 5 to 95, utilizing the McKenzie Method and her advanced manual therapy skills to do so. She has a special interest in impairments of the foot, ankle, spine, and shoulders and has provided care for patients with a multitude of diagnoses including neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, and respiratory conditions. Patience Nduka is a well-experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy who is dedicated to patient care at the Bowie and Laurel locations of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center. She started her physical therapy career in Nigeria, where she earned her Master’s in physical therapy, from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. After completing her internship program, Dr. Nduka practiced physical therapy for a few years in Nigeria, where she gained extensive experience in various settings including general orthopedics, and women’s health through clinical rotation.

In the United States of America, Dr. Nduka earned her doctorate in physical therapy at Dominican University, New York. She is also certified in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy with Ola Grimsby Institute and Women’s Health.

Dr. Mosaddegh earned a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from Howard University. She received her doctoral degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Her research focus was on the effectiveness of physical therapy diagnoses of lumbar disease versus MRI. Dr. Mosaddegh has worked in the orthopedic and sports medicine field for more than 20 years.

Dr. Cort has a wealth of experience in orthopedic physical therapy and pain management. He originally graduated from Howard University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy and returned to his alma mater to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Dr. Cort specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of persons with myofascial pain syndrome, chronic pain syndrome, and other myofascial-related disorders. He has also specialized in industrial rehabilitation. Over the years, he has brought his diagnostic and treatment skills to patients with chronic headaches/migraines of a soft tissue/myofascial origin and has impacted the lives of many headache sufferers.

He has worked at Georgetown University Hospital as a director of pain where he received an award. Dr. Go has published in scientific journals, book chapters, and presented nationally.
