Darren Hurst, MD, is an established physician who is board certified in both vascular and interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology. He has more than 15 years of experience in the treatment of vascular disease and serves as the Director of Vascular and Interventional Associates located in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
Dr. Hurst received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. He then went on to complete both his residency and fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Dr. Hurst has performed over 2,000 endovascular procedures and was one of the first physicians in the area to perform minimally invasive procedures to treat venous disease.
He is affiliated with St. Elizabeth Healthcare and is currently the group’s lead investigator for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) sponsored ATTRACT trial that is investigating deep vein thrombosis. Dr. Hurst has also published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals on the treatment and diagnosis of venous obstruction, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism.

Van Young, MD, is board-certified in vascular and interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology and provides care to patients at Vascular and Interventional Associates in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
Dr. Young graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, and then went on to receive his medical degree from the University of California San Diego School of Medicine.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Young did his internship at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, California. He then completed both his residency and fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Indiana University’s Indianapolis campus.

Rudra Pampati, MD, is board certified in vascular and interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology. Dr. Pampati graduated Cum Laude with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He went to attend the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Kentucky, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Pampati completed his internship and residency training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. There, he received advanced training in diagnostic radiology and surgery.

Dr. Ahmed Farag, M.D is a double Board Certified Vascular & Interventional Radiologist, and Diagnostic Radiologist. Dr. Farag is a nationally recognized leading expert in the minimally invasive treatment for osteoarthritis. Dr. Farag is very excited to provide treatment and healing to patients with non-invasive, in-office options without the need for open and invasive surgeries. Utilizing non-invasive alternatives allows for Dr. Farag to decrease a patient's risk of infection and complications. Interventional Radiology is a passion of Dr. Farag’s that began prior to starting medical school. Today, his favorite part of that passion is the ability to contribute to the betterment of his patients. Dr. Farag has a particular interest in specialized endovascular procedures used to treat many conditions- including arthritis, uterine fibroids, peripheral vascular disease, venous disease, and interventional oncology. Dr. Farag grew up in Kentucky and attended the University of Louisville where he completed his master’s degree in Electrical Engineering prior to attending medical school. After graduating medical school at the University of Louisville, Dr. Farag continued his training in Radiology at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Farag finished his training with a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

Kimberly Brockenbrough, MD, is the CEO and founder of Cardia Vision, LLC. in Bellevue, Washington. A board-certified cardiovascular radiologist with a passion for imaging the heart, she has over 20 years of experience imaging blood vessels and building cardiovascular imaging programs throughout the country.
Dr. Brockenbrough and her team have over 70 years of experience diagnosing diseases of the heart and blood vessels. Dr. Jabour served his radiology residency at Stanford University and University of Southern California (USC). He is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology (ASNR), having completed a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at USC and an Interventional Neuroradiology and Head and Neck fellowship at University of California- Los Angeles (UCLA). He was appointed to the radiology faculty at UCLA where he was Attending Professor in Head and Neck Radiology and was Chief of Neuroradiology at the VA UCLA Medical Center. He was Attending Radiologist at the UCLA Head and Neck Grand Rounds weekly until 2013.
Dr. Jabour received the prestigious Certificate of Merit Award from the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in 1991 for his research in defining the role of PET scanning in detecting cancer in the extracranial head and neck. In addition, Dr. Jabour gained national recognition for developing new techniques in cancer imaging in the head and neck using PET/CT.

She worked as part of a multidisciplinary team with Breast Surgeons, Pathologists, and Oncologists dedicated to the detection and treatment of breast cancer.
