BRADLEY A. JABOUR, MD

Dr. Jabour of Medical Imaging Center of Southern California in both Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, California is an internationally recognized Neuroradiologist with more than 30 years of experience in academic and clinical practice having authored dozens of peer reviewed research articles as well as text book chapters.

Dr. Jabour served his radiology residency at Stanford University and University of Southern California (USC).  He is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology (ASNR), having completed a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at USC and an Interventional Neuroradiology and Head and Neck fellowship at University of California- Los Angeles (UCLA). He was appointed to the radiology faculty at UCLA where he was Attending Professor in Head and Neck Radiology and was Chief of Neuroradiology at the VA UCLA Medical Center. He was Attending Radiologist at the UCLA Head and Neck Grand Rounds weekly until 2013. 

Dr. Jabour received the prestigious Certificate of Merit Award from the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in 1991 for his research in defining the role of PET scanning in detecting cancer in the extracranial head and neck. In addition, Dr. Jabour gained national recognition for developing new techniques in cancer imaging in the head and neck using PET/CT. 

Dr. Jabour’s most recent interest is in the field of functional MRI (fMRI) and its role in evaluating neurological disorders including brain degeneration, traumatic brain injury, and neuropsychiatric disorders.

Dr. Jabour has founded multiple leading medical companies utilizing his academic and research expertise. She completed her Radiology residency in Aberdeen, U.K. and is a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists. She completed an Oncology imaging fellowship at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. In 2002 she joined as faculty at the Grampian University Hospitals Trust, Aberdeen, U.K. Dr. Iyengar migrated to the United States in 2004 and became Assistant Professor in the Radiology Department at the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine, Los Angeles California. She worked as part of a multidisciplinary team with Breast Surgeons, Pathologists, and Oncologists dedicated to the detection and treatment of breast cancer. Dr. Iyengar was actively involved in resident and fellow teaching, and in multicenter research trials.

He has published numerous articles, and has lectured both nationally and internationally. In addition, he routinely presents and acts as a moderator at the society for Nuclear Medicine Annual Meeting. He demonstrates skills in PET-CT, lymphocintigraphy as well as CT coronary angiography.

Dr. Jessie Jacob is a board certified radiologist dedicated to breast imaging who practices in Palo Alto, California. Dr. Jacob received fellowship training in Breast Imaging and Intervention at Yale University. She has also directed breast centers in both New York and California. Dr. Jacob has defined and developed FDA approved programs for Tomosynthesis and Automated Breast Ultrasound, which continue to be applied globally. Enrique Hernandez, MD, is a vascular medicine specialist and interventional cardiologist at Advanced Vascular Cardiac & Veins in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Enrique Hernandez has been serving the great community of Miami since 2016 after serving as Associate Director of Peripherovascular Disease at the Cardiology Department of Lenox Hill Heart & Vascular Institute in New York.  There, Dr. Hernandez performed the first catheter-based repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm using a completely non-surgical technique and was among the first in New York City to perform this procedure.  Thereafter, he practiced in Houston, Texas with the world-renowned medical group Leachman Cardiology Associates.

Dr. Hernandez is considered a new breed of Interventional Cardiologist, having completed fellowship training in General Cardiology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York and Interventional Cardiology at one of the premier US programs in this field at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, where he developed expertise in complex coronary interventions via both radial and femoral approach (wrist & groin access respectively).  He then trained in the treatment of complex peripheral vascular disease and aortic aneurysms at the prestigious Vascular center the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, Texas with world-renowned physicians in that field.   

His interest and skills include, in addition to complex coronary interventions, the treatment of carotid artery disease, renal and lower extremity arterial disease, aortic aneurysms, and venous disease, which includes early intervention for deep venous thrombosis (DVT) as well as ablation of varicose veins and spider veins (therapeutic and cosmetic) and stenting of deep veins. 

Dr. Hernandez has been an investigator in numerous clinical trials of new therapies for coronary artery disease and peripheral vascular disease. He currently serves as a proctor physician nationally and internationally for the most complex vascular procedures meant to save limbs from amputation.
