Dr. Gregory Foremny, MD

IVO Miami is an Interventional Orthopedics practice located in Coral Gables, Florida. Led by Gregory Foremny, MD, our practice prioritizes procedures that can reduce pain without requiring invasive surgery or excessive recovery time. 

Dr. Foremny is a board certified radiologist, double fellowship-trained in musculoskeletal imaging and interventional orthopedics, with additional subspecialized fellowship training in Sonex and Tenex microinvasive ultrasound guided procedures. His expertise allows him to perform diagnostic imaging, evaluate clinical findings, and provide image-guided treatment during the same visit when appropriate. Throughout his career, he has worked with professional athletes and performed more than 10,000 image-guided procedures, bringing extensive experience to every patient he treats at IVO Miami. 

Dr. Foremny, a Miami native, received his training at the country’s leading orthopedic hospital, Cornell’s Hospital for Special Surgery on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City. He then completed a second fellowship at the McGinley Clinic in Wyoming, to become one of the first interventional orthopedics fellows in the United States.
