Dr. Hilger completed fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. Board-certified urologist Shawn Todd, DO, PA, provides personalized, high-quality medical care at Texas Urological Clinic to address the urological health needs of men, women, and children in and around Lufkin, Texas.

Dr. Todd has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic diseases of the kidneys, bladder, prostate, and testicles. He also takes a special interest in hormone optimization and improving sexual function.

After earning his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas, Dr. Todd completed his residency in urological surgery at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.

During his training, he fine-tuned his skills in both minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques to treat kidney stones, cancer, and other urological conditions.

Dr. Todd opened Texas Urological Clinic in September 2015 to provide a safe place for people to discuss uncomfortable symptoms. He helps his patients maintain their privacy and goes the extra mile to improve the quality of their lives.

Arpan Satsangi, MD, PhD, is a board-certified urologist proudly serving patients at Mission City Urology in San Antonio, Texas. 

Born and raised in the city, Dr. Satsangi completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University and earned his PhD in Biomedical Engineering through a joint program at the University of Texas at San Antonio and UT Health Science Center. He went on to earn his medical degree, complete his general surgery internship, and finish his urology residency — all at UT Health San Antonio.

With a deep-rooted commitment to giving back to the community that shaped him, Dr. Satsangi takes a personalized and compassionate approach to urologic care. Having been both a patient and caregiver himself, he understands how overwhelming the medical journey can feel. He believes in treating every patient as he would a family member—making sure they feel informed, heard, and empowered throughout their treatment. His care philosophy centers on shared decision-making and patient education, guiding each individual with the most current medical knowledge available.

David B Samadi, MD, is an exceptional, board-certified urologist, offering care to patients from his office in Central Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Here, he and his friendly staff provide outstanding, world-class care to men with urological problems. He also works one day a week in Roslyn, New York, as Director of Men’s Health at St. Francis Hospital and Heart Center. 

Dr. Samadi began his medical education at the State University of New York at Stony Brook on Long Island, where he earned a biochemistry degree. He continued his studies at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and earned his doctorate in medicine. Dr. Samadi completed a highly competitive urology training program at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City’s Bronx borough for his residency and internship. He also studied proctology at New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan.

To further his education, Dr. Samadi completed a robotic radical prostatectomy fellowship at l’Hôpital Henri-Mondor in Créteil, France. He became passionate about developing robotic surgery techniques that improved patient outcomes. He continues to lead the world in perfecting these robotic techniques and has completed over 10,000 successful robotic prostate surgeries. This experience eventually led to the development of Dr. Samadi’s highly specialized Samadi-Modified Advanced Robotic Technique (SMART).
