With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Pilzek is double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. Her journey to excellence began with residency training at the University of Massachusetts, followed by a prestigious fellowship at Brown University, where she honed her skills in addressing complex pelvic floor disorders.

At BUG, Dr. Pilzek will offer comprehensive care for women facing challenges such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic floor disorders. Board-certified urologist Shawn Todd, DO, PA, provides personalized, high-quality medical care at Texas Urological Clinic to address the urological health needs of men, women, and children in and around Lufkin, Texas.

Dr. Todd has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic diseases of the kidneys, bladder, prostate, and testicles. He also takes a special interest in hormone optimization and improving sexual function.

After earning his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas, Dr. Todd completed his residency in urological surgery at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.

During his training, he fine-tuned his skills in both minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques to treat kidney stones, cancer, and other urological conditions.

Dr. Todd opened Texas Urological Clinic in September 2015 to provide a safe place for people to discuss uncomfortable symptoms. He helps his patients maintain their privacy and goes the extra mile to improve the quality of their lives.

Dr. Shahon is a board-certified urologist in Mesa, Arizona, where he is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Banner Baywood Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, and Tempe St. Luke's Medical Center.

A graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree, Dr. Shahon completed his residency at the University of Washington in Seattle and the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System (Northwell Health) in New York.

Dr. Shahon has been in practice for more than 20 years. He specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the male reproductive system and the urinary tracts of both men and women.

Arpan Satsangi, MD, PhD, is a board-certified urologist proudly serving patients at Mission City Urology in San Antonio, Texas. 

Born and raised in the city, Dr. Satsangi completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University and earned his PhD in Biomedical Engineering through a joint program at the University of Texas at San Antonio and UT Health Science Center. He went on to earn his medical degree, complete his general surgery internship, and finish his urology residency — all at UT Health San Antonio.

With a deep-rooted commitment to giving back to the community that shaped him, Dr. Satsangi takes a personalized and compassionate approach to urologic care. Having been both a patient and caregiver himself, he understands how overwhelming the medical journey can feel. He believes in treating every patient as he would a family member—making sure they feel informed, heard, and empowered throughout their treatment. David B Samadi, MD, is an exceptional, board-certified urologist, offering care to patients from his office in Central Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Here, he and his friendly staff provide outstanding, world-class care to men with urological problems. He also works one day a week in Roslyn, New York, as Director of Men’s Health at St. Francis Hospital and Heart Center. 

Dr. Samadi began his medical education at the State University of New York at Stony Brook on Long Island, where he earned a biochemistry degree. He continued his studies at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and earned his doctorate in medicine. Dr. Samadi completed a highly competitive urology training program at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City’s Bronx borough for his residency and internship. He also studied proctology at New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan.

To further his education, Dr. Samadi completed a robotic radical prostatectomy fellowship at l’Hôpital Henri-Mondor in Créteil, France. He became passionate about developing robotic surgery techniques that improved patient outcomes. He continues to lead the world in perfecting these robotic techniques and has completed over 10,000 successful robotic prostate surgeries. This experience eventually led to the development of Dr. Samadi’s highly specialized Samadi-Modified Advanced Robotic Technique (SMART). Scott Zeitlin, MD, is one of the top urologic surgeons in the Los Angeles area. His practice, Los Angeles Infertility and Prostatitis, has locations in Century City, Santa Monica, and Tarzana, California.

Dr. Zeitlin is an internationally recognized specialist in fertility, microsurgery, prostate health, and erectile dysfunction. For nearly 30 years, he’s been helping men overcome fertility challenges. His skill in diagnosing and treating male infertility has helped countless couples achieve their goal of parenthood.

Dr. Zeitlin completed CUNY Brooklyn College’s prestigious coordinated 7 year BA-MD program. He earned his Medical Doctorate at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

He also completed his junior residency in surgery and urology residency at SUNY Downstate.

During his Urology residency, Dr. Zeitlin studied urologic oncology at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. After completing his residency he was a fellow in male infertility, microsurgery and erectile dysfunction in the UCLA Department of Urology. Since 1998, he’s taught at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and has gone from a clinical  instructor to Clinical Professor of Urology. He was a member of the faculty executive committee of the David Geffen School of Medicine from 2012 to 2014.

Dr. Zeitlin’s colleagues have selected him to Super Doctors for 18 years in a row and is part of their Legacy Member Hall of Fame. Los Angeles Magazine named him a “Top Doctor” in 2019. He currently belongs to the American Urologic Association, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, and was previously on the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society’s board of directors. In 2020, Dr. Zeitlin was awarded the UCLA Urology Voluntary Clinical Faculty of the Year for the 3rd time by the UCLA Urology residents. 

He received a Master Teacher in Urology Award from the SUNY-Downstate Alumni Association. In addition to teaching, he performed NIH-funded research at UCLA for over a decade as part of the Chronic Prostatitis Collaborative Research Network.
