Brett Jepson, MD, is an experienced, board-certified urologist at CSUA: Union in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Dr. Jepson graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence with a Bachelor of Arts in biology. He went on to complete medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. Dr. Jepson finished his medical training with an internship and urology residency at Saint Louis University Hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri, where he trained in minimally invasive cancer surgery and endourology.
Dr. Jepson began his career in Omaha, Nebraska, where he trained University of Nebraska urology residents in da Vinci robotic procedures and general urology. Kjell Youngren, MD, brings nearly 20 years of urology experience to Advanced Urology in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. In addition to general urology, he is skilled in treating chronic pelvic pain, overactive bladder, kidney stones, incontinence, and urologic cancers. He frequently performs painless, in-office, no-scalpel vasectomies.
Dr. Youngren graduated Bowdoin College summa cum laude, with honors in chemistry, and a double major in French. He also trained at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. Dr. Youngren interned in general surgery at the University of Southern California and completed his urology residency at UMDNJ-NJ Medical School, where he was the recipient of several awards for teaching and research.
Dr. Youngren is board certified by the American Board of Urology and an active member of the American Urological Association. He loves the challenges of community clinical practice and enjoys solving complex problems. His goal is to give relief, knowledge, and comfort to his patients and their families.
The son of two veterinarians, Dr. Youngren was raised with a love of nature, animals, the outdoors, and a deep sense of compassion and kindness. When not working, he enjoys spending family time with his wife and four children, hiking, reading, cooking and eating spicy food, collecting vintage jazz, soul, reggae and salsa records, building hi-fi equipment with vacuum tubes, and collecting vintage mechanical watches. In addition to English, Dr. Youngren speaks Spanish and French.
With his compassionate approach and excellent surgical expertise, Gary Bong, M.D., is a well-respected member of the CSUA: Woodmen team serving the community of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He specializes in laparoscopic surgeries, including laparoscopic cryotherapy for kidney cancer as well as daVinci® robotic surgery for prostatectomy and cystectomy procedures.
Dr. Bong attended medical school at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. Following graduation, he completed his general surgery internship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina, earning the distinction of being recognized as Intern of the Year. He then stayed at the Medical University of South Carolina to complete his residency training in urology, with an emphasis on minimally invasive oncologic surgery.
In addition to work with CSUA: Woodmen, Dr. Bong is the Chief of Robotic Urologic Surgery at St. Francis Medical Center in Colorado Springs. He is dedicated to providing his patients with the best surgical urologic care possible.

Daniel Caruso, MD, is a surgeon and urologist at TGH Advanced Urology Care in Jupiter, Florida. He specializes in highly precise surgical procedures that involve the urological system, as well as female reconstruction for vaginal or pelvic floor disorders. He also has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney, bladder, prostaste cancer and testes cancer.
He completed his undergraduate degree with high honors in biological sciences at the College of New Jersey. He earned his MD and MBA degrees at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Rutgers University Graduate School of Management, respectively. He was one of a few medical students selected for a full merit scholarship to complete his graduate management studies.
