Dr. Movassaghi has a particular interest in stone disease, robotic-assisted surgery for both benign urologic conditions and genitourinary cancers, minimally invasive surgery treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and prosthetic surgery for erectile dysfunction.  
Dr. Movassaghi completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and went on to obtain a Master’s of Science in Immunology and Infectious Diseases from the University of Maine. Following his graduate studies, he completed medical school at the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut and then went on to complete a Urologic Surgery Residency at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/New York Presbyterian in New York, one of the top ranked urology programs in the country by U.S. News and World Report.

Dr. Neighbors regularly cares for patients with general urologic problems, but his special areas of interest include urologic malignancies, endourology, prostate enlargement, and robotic prostate surgery. 

During the course of his career, Dr. Neighbors has served as Chairman of the Division of Urology for Wake County and a member of the Medical Executive Committee. Dr. Neighbors also participated in several committees at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina. When he isn’t with patients, Dr. Neighbors serves as a sub-investigator for ongoing urologic clinical trials. 

Outside of his career, Dr. Neighbors and his wife have three children. Dr. Pienkny is a transplanted New Yorker who received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Brown University, and then went on to Harvard Medical School where he received his M.D. in 1994. He completed his urology residency at the Cleveland Clinic, before settling in the Bay Area in 2000. Dr. Pienkny is Board Certified in urology, and practices general adult urology with a special interest in voiding dysfunction, incontinence and vasectomies. Dr. Hilger completed fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. His areas of expertise include minimally invasive treatment for urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, vaginal mesh complications, vaginal agenesis, postsurgical vaginal scarring and robotic surgery for complex gynecologic conditions (uterine fibroids).

Board-certified urologist Shawn Todd, DO, PA, provides personalized, high-quality medical care at Texas Urological Clinic to address the urological health needs of men, women, and children in and around Lufkin, Texas.

Dr. Todd has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic diseases of the kidneys, bladder, prostate, and testicles. He also takes a special interest in hormone optimization and improving sexual function.

After earning his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas, Dr. Todd completed his residency in urological surgery at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.

During his training, he fine-tuned his skills in both minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques to treat kidney stones, cancer, and other urological conditions.

Dr. Todd opened Texas Urological Clinic in September 2015 to provide a safe place for people to discuss uncomfortable symptoms. He helps his patients maintain their privacy and goes the extra mile to improve the quality of their lives.
