Sameer Malhotra, MD, FACS, is a talented urologist at Adonis Men's Sexual Health Offices in Westchester - Los Angeles, Redondo Beach, and Culver City, California. Dr. Malhotra earned his medical degree in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City at Columbia University School of Medicine. Marc Gittelman, MD, is a board-certified urologist at Optimal Health Miami who draws on decades of experience in the field of sexual health to diagnose and treat patients in Aventura, Florida. A nationally recognized speaker on the subject of sexual health, he has lectured before audiences at universities and medical conferences around the country.
Before opening Optimal Health Miami, Dr. Gittelman founded South Florida Medical Research, a renowned research center. While there, he directed more than 350 clinical trials in medical advances in urology. The biggest reason I chose urology is that you go to medical school and do all of these rotations. The ones I kept enjoying the most and had the most fun seemed to be the urologists. There are very few specialties that allow you to follow patients throughout their entire life; kidney stones, for instance, is a life-long disease. So you establish relationships with these patients. You get a unique combination of patient relationships and continue to do surgical-related procedures. It makes it unique compared to a lot of other medical fields. I treat patients the same way I want to be treated. It goes a long way with the empathy you portray. Empathy is difficult for people to know how to express when you haven't gone through it yourself. That is a huge part of how we manage our practice.

Dr. Devine received his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He then completed a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Akron General Medical Center inOhio. It was during his residency that he developed his passion for the field of urogynecology. Following his residency training, Dr. Devine was honored to be accepted into the Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship Program at the University of California Irvine, under the directorship of Donald Ostergard, MD, a world-renowned urogynecologist.
Upon completion of his three-year fellowship, he returned to Akron, Ohio, and started the Northeast Ohio Urogynecology and Continence Center. In 2015 Dr. Devine brought his specialized training to the Venice, Florida, area to fill the need for a fellowship-trained urogynecologist in this community.
Dr. Devine is a staff member and attending physician in the Departments of Gynecology at Doctor's Hospital of Sarasota and both Sarasota Memorial Hospital locations.

Kiavash Nikkhou, MD, a board-certified urologist practicing in Thousand Oaks, California. At his private practice, he is proud to provide comprehensive, high-quality care.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in physiological sciences and neuroscience. He graduated from Yale School of Medicine and completed his medical thesis on “Role of Active Surveillance in Small Renal Masses.”
Dr. Nikkhou is passionate about public health and decreasing health disparities. While at Yale, he provided free health care to the uninsured through HAVEN Free Clinic, performed surgery abroad in Zambia, completed the Connecticut Health Foundation Health Leadership Fellows Program, and was on the board of the Yale Latino Medical Association.
Dr. Nikkhou completed his surgery internship and residency in urology at the LAC + USC Medical Center. At USC, he trained and operated with some of the most world-renowned experts in laparoscopic and robotic urologic surgery, open urologic oncology, endourology, and female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
While Dr. Nikkhou enjoys all aspects of urology, he is particularly interested in improving his patients’ quality of life and shortening their time to recovery using minimally invasive techniques and robotic surgery. At his practice, he provides treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia, bladder cancer, elevated PSA, erectile dysfunction, hematuria, kidney stones, and low testosterone.
Throughout his education and training career, Dr. Nikkhou has been a strong patient advocate. He treats patients as a whole and not as a condition, and does everything he can to help patients heal.
Dr. Nikkhou is married and has two young children. Outside of medicine, he enjoys traveling and the outdoors, cooking, and fitness. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi (Persian).
Manuel Perez, MD, is certified by the American Board of Urology and specializes in diagnosing and treating a variety of urological diseases and disorders at The Urology Group in Hilton Head Island and Hardeeville, South Carolina. Before working in private practice, Dr. Perez was an officer in the United States Navy, served as the Chief of Staff at Hilton Head Hospital in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and was on the Board of Governors.
Dr. Perez is known for his friendly, personable nature, and he enjoys getting to know his patients and their families. He uses the latest advancements in diagnostic technologies in-office to identify the root cause of symptoms and accurately confirm a diagnosis. Dr. Perez also customizes treatment plans to ensure the highest quality of care. He creates personalized strategies for a variety of chronic urological diseases, including urinary incontinence, prostate cancer, and bladder cancer. Dr. Perez is also skilled in performing a variety of surgeries, including vasectomies and the removal of cancerous tumors.
After graduating with his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Dr. Perez earned his medical degree and completed his residencies in urology and general surgery at the University of Georgetown School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He also finished an internship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – UPMC Mercy.
When not serving his patients, Dr. Perez enjoys traveling, spending time on the water, and playing sports with his two children, Justin and Lily.
