Board-certified dermatologist Patrick Keehan, DO, is the owner and primary provider at Keehan Dermatology in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Keehan prioritizes patient satisfaction and works hard to help each of his patients define specific, achievable goals for their treatment. He spends one-on-one time with them to develop a personalized treatment plan specific to their needs and preferences.
Dr. Keehan attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Soon after graduating, he was a structural design engineer for four years at Vought Aircraft Industries Inc. in Dallas, Texas. In 2001, he earned his Master of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University in Dallas. In 2005, he earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth.
During his time in medical school, Dr. Keehan was awarded the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association’s Student Doctor of the Year award. He completed an internship in Fort Worth at Plaza Medical Center before completing his fellowship and residency in dermatology at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Duncanville, Texas. He was chief resident during his final year there.
Today, Dr. Keehan holds active memberships with the American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, Dallas/Fort Worth Dermatological Society, and Texas Dermatological Society. From 2014-2019, he was an officer in the Fort Worth Dermatological Society and from 2018-2019, he was president. Through these organizations, he accumulates important information and techniques to bring to his patients at Keehan Dermatology.
At Keehan Dermatology, he treats conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer. He also offers a number of cosmetic skin care services, like microneedling and Botox®.
When he isn’t at Keehan Dermatology providing quality care to his patients, Dr. Keehan enjoys staying active with golfing and jogging and spends his leisure time cooking and reading.
David Hensley, MD, is an experienced dermatologist at Metroplex Dermatology. He is dedicated to serving patients living in and around Arlington, Texas.
A native of North Texas, Dr. Hensley graduated from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. Dr. Hensley then served as a dermatology clinical research fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston for two years before completing his dermatology residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. In 2000, he was honored to accept the role of chief resident and served in this position for a year before returning to Texas.
Dr. Hensley has practiced clinical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in Arlington since 2001 and regularly lectures and educates peers in his field. He started Metroplex Dermatology in early 2010 and continues to provide exceptional, personalized care to patients in the Arlington area.
