Robert Ecker, MD, FAAD, is an experienced, board-certified dermatologist serving patients at Integrated Dermatology of Groton in Groton, Connecticut.
Dr. Ecker earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Colorado. After which, he worked in pharmaceutical research for nearly 10 years. Through his time in research, Dr. Ecker knew his rightful place was working directly with patients.
He returned to school at the University of Washington in Seattle, earning his medical degree, and completed his internship at the Virginia Mason Hospital. Alexander Fogel, MD, is a highly-skilled dermatologist serving patients at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Trumbull and Westport, Connecticut.
Dr. Fogel is double board certified in both Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (a.k.a. Mohs). He heads our surgical and reconstructive dermatology practice, which encompasses Mohs surgery, as well surgery for melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and benign lesions, such as lipomas and cysts.

Dr. Whitman is a board certified dermatologist who completed her residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. She has been in practice for more than 25 years and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Whitman also completed a residency in Pediatrics prior to Dermatology. Dr. Whitman prides herself on providing patients with a supportive and caring environment where they receive the best possible medical treatment. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and families. Over the years she has built a community of loyal patients and developed deep relationships with not only her patients but also her staff. In her free time Dr. Whitman enjoys spending time with her children and her granddaughter.
