Dr. Morayo Adisa is double board-certified as a dermatologist and dermatopathologist. She has a commitment to providing highly personalized care for all her patients. Her areas of interest include medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology for all ages and skin types.
Dr. Adisa obtained a BA in Microbiology from Southern Illinois University and her medical degree from University of Illinois, where she was a James Scholar. Dr. Donovan Kearns is a board-certified dermatologist that joined the practice in fall of 2025. He completed both his medical school education as well as his dermatology residency at Loma Linda University in Southern California, where he had extensive training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Before beginning residency, he completed a year-long Research Fellowship with the Dermatology Research and Education Foundation in California, focusing on inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and other related diseases.
Dr. Kearns has authored over 30 peer reviewed publications across leading dermatology journals and has contributed to research on new and emerging treatments for inflammatory skin diseases. He has presented his work at national meetings and has been recognized for academic excellence, including his induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
His academic interests include inflammatory skin conditions, autoimmune disease, pediatric dermatology and the holistic management of skin disease.
Dr. Kearns is committed to a whole-person approach to dermatologic care, recognizing that skin conditions often affect not only physical health but also emotional well-being. He believes every patient deserves a physician who listens, understands, and genuinely cares for them.

Dr. C was born in California and raised in Oklahoma before coming to Illinois. As the first physician in the Elgin area to offer Mohs surgery, Suleman Bangash, DO is a trusted expert among skin cancer patients.
After earning his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, Dr. Bangash completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. He went on to finish his residency training at Lutheran General Hospital in New York City.
To further his expertise and experience, Dr. Bangash completed a highly specialized Mohs micrographic surgery fellowship with the Dermatology Associates of Tallahassee in Florida. He’s board certified in both dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery through the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology.

With a passion for continuing education and specialized training in Mohs surgery, Jacob (Jake) Klaustermeier, PA-C is a valuable part of the Mohs Surgery and Dermatology team at their three locations in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
Jake began his formal education at Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. While completing his undergraduate studies, he proudly served in the United States Army Reserves as a Civil Affairs Specialist.
In 2003, Jake was deployed to Afghanistan. Upon his return from service, he completed his master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Rosalind Franklin University, Illinois. Jake has been in private dermatology practice since 2007 and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Christina Steil, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who offers quality and personalized dermatologic care for both men and women. Dr. Victoria Godinez-Puig is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD), and a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery (FACMS).
Dr. Godinez-Puig grew up in Mexico City. After completing the French Baccalaureate Diploma in Science with Honors awarded by the French Ministry of Education, she earned her medical degree at U.N.A.M., the oldest university in North America (with its predecessor founded in 1551), and the most prestigious medical school in Mexico. During her time at U.N.A.M, she was inducted into the Honors Society for High Scholastic Achievement (known as N.U.C.E.), and was recognized with the “Gustavo Baz Prada” award for outstanding public service.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Godinez-Puig moved to Chicago to complete a research fellowship at the Dermatology Clinical Trials Unit of Northwestern University. She then completed an internship in Internal Medicine at NorthShore University HealthSystem, a teaching hospital of University of Chicago, and a Dermatology residency at Northwestern University, where she served as chief resident during her final year of training. Dr. Lauren Cerullo graduated with honors from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a degree in art history and premedical studies. She went on to obtain her doctorate in medicine from Rush Medical College in Chicago, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society for academic achievement. During her medical school training she received numerous honors including the Janet M. Glasgow award for a female student graduating first in her class.
Dr. Lauren Cerullo completed a medical internship at Rush University and then completed her dermatology residency at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was chosen to serve as chief resident. Throughout her years of dermatology training, she had the opportunity to work with leaders in the field, including a mentorship award to study at the University of Bologna in Italy. She has presented at numerous dermatology meetings and published in peer-reviewed journals. During residency, she was also active in teaching medical students and volunteering as medical staff at Camp Wonder, a summer camp for children with severe skin disease.
After graduating from residency, Dr. Lauren Cerullo moved to Indiana and worked for several years in private practice. She has taught medical students at the University of Notre Dame medical school and has mentored residents from local family practice residencies. Dr. Lauren Cerullo is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Indiana Academy of Dermatology and the Women's Dermatologic Society. Dr. A. David Soleymani was born in Maryland but grew up as a Hoosier in Valparaiso, Indiana. After graduating from Valparaiso High School, he received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington. He then completed his medical education at Indiana University School of Medicine, followed by residency training at The Ohio State University Medical Center. During his dermatology residency, he trained in medical, surgical, Mohs surgery, and dermatology.
After becoming board certified in Dermatology, Dr. Soleymani practiced and was Assistant Clinical Professor in Dermatology at Northwestern University in downtown Chicago from 2005-2015. As a fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, he has a strong passion for treating skin cancer and his interests include medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. In order to stay on the cutting edge of dermatology, Dr. Soleymani regularly attends advanced training sessions in new and emerging techniques in dermatology and dermatologic surgery and communicates daily with dermatology colleagues around the world. He recently was elected President of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, one of the premier organizations for Mohs surgery in the world and served from 2024-2025. He continues to serve on their board of directors.
Dr. Soleymani is pleased to announce that he is officially back to his roots as a Hoosier, recently appointed as a Volunteer Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Soleymani is a music and sport enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys playing tennis, watching basketball and hockey particularly the Chicago Bulls, Blackhawks, and the Indiana Hoosiers, and plays bass guitar. As a language enthusiast, he is fluent in French, studied German for six years, and can write, read, and understand Persian (Farsi). His next languages may include Spanish, Italian, or both!
In his spare time, Dr. Soleymani developed an app called dermio which seeks to provide dermatologic care to economically and geographically underserved patient populations.
Dr. Soleymani believes in helping patients improve their skin and helps them discern real treatments that work vs. unproven fads and hype.
