During medical school at Stanford, he founded a free clinic for patients without health insurance and maintained a longitudinal pediatric dermatology clinic. During residency at Yale, Dr. Fogel was the resident lead for surgical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology, managing resident education in these areas.
Outside of work, Dr. Fogel is happily married and has three children. He loves exploring New England, partaking in the culture of our nearby cities, and working on his small farm.
Michael Noonan, MD, is board-certified in both pediatric and general dermatology. He treats patients at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Derby, Trumbull, and Westport, Connecticut.
Dr. Noonan graduated from Williams College magna cum laude with a degree in chemistry. He received his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine and completed his internship at Yale University Hospital with a concentration in pediatrics. Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. Dr. Shah completed her internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and her dermatology residency at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. In her final year, she served as Chief Resident. Following residency, she completed subspecialty fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous oncology, and reconstructive surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell Medicine. She then became Director of Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Northwell-Lenox Hill Hospital.
Dr. Shah's primary clinical focus is the management of skin cancers including squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, early-stage melanoma, and rare cutaneous tumors. She additionally provides medical, cosmetic, and laser dermatology services. Dr. Shah lives in New York City with her husband and miniature dachshund, Gus.

Dr. Eckman established his private practice in 2001 and opened the Towson Dermatology & Cosmetic Center in 2006 to provide innovative and comprehensive dermatologic and skin care to his patients. Dr. Eckman's expertise includes the detection and management of skin cancer and the treatment of skin disorders in both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Eckman has participated in skin cancer screenings for the Baltimore Orioles in combination with the American Academy of Dermatology Play it Safe in the Sun program and has been a sought after speaker on the topic of skin cancer detection and prevention. Dr. Eckman has recently relocated to Long Island and has established his new practice in Rockville Centre, NY. He looks forward to providing the same level of care and expertise to his patients in his new practice as he provided during his tenure serving as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Johns Hopkins Hospital for nearly twenty years.

Christos Dimitris Zouzias, MD, MBA, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon at MDCS Dermatology. Dr. Zouzias specializes in procedural dermatology, skin cancer management, and Mohs micrographic surgery, offering personalized and patient-centered care to ensure the best outcomes for his patients. He serves patients at MDCS Dermatology's Long Island locations, including Commack, Hampton Bays, and Plainview.
Dr. Zouzias earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees at New York University (NYU) in New York City. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Prior to medical school, he completed a student research fellowship in supportive oncodermatology, studying the dermatologic side effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy under the mentorship of Dr. Beth McLellan, the current chief of dermatology at Montefiore Medical Center.
Following his medical degree, Dr. Zouzias completed his internship in internal medicine at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center and his dermatology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, where he was recognized as the Outstanding House Officer for his compassion, clinical excellence, and professional rapport. He further specialized by completing his fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Affiliated Dermatologists and Dermatologic Surgeons in New Jersey.
In his free time, Dr. Zouzias enjoys cooking and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
