She currently lives in Palmetto, GA with her husband Philip. When not practicing medicine, she can be found boating and fishing with her two grown sons. She also enjoys sports, baking, music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Elizabeth started her nursing education in Aiken Technical College in South Carolina before transitioning to Herzing University to complete her bachelor's in nursing.
