Pankaj Chopra, MD, is a primary care physician at Primary Care Walk-In Medical Clinic in Gilbert and Fountain Hills, Arizona. Dr. Chopra is board-certified in family medicine and specializes in geriatrics, acute care, and travel medicine. 

Dr. Chopra received his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences in Delhi, India, and completed his residency at the University of Missouri Department of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri.

Amanda Lindsay is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience. Her clinical background includes primary care, preventive medicine, case management, palliative care, and nursing leadership.

Amanda is passionate about providing patient-centered care that combines evidence-based medicine with a holistic approach to health and wellness. She focuses on building strong relationships with her patients, emphasizing prevention, education, and individualized treatment plans that support long-term health and quality of life.

Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021, Amanda worked in a variety of nursing roles, as a registered nurse, case manager, palliative care coordinator, and Director of Nursing. This diverse experience has shaped her comprehensive and compassionate approach to patient care.

Outside of clinical practice, Amanda has spent more than 17 years in the fitness and wellness industry as a group fitness instructor. Her background in movement and wellness complements her approach to healthcare and reinforces her belief in the importance of lifestyle, prevention, and sustainable health habits.

Erica is a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Syracuse University, after which she completed a postgraduate Dietetic Internship and received an Advanced Graduate Certificate from State University of New York at Buffalo.  Erica also trained at the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.  She has personal experience with integrative and functional nutrition, and knows what it’s like to be in your shoes.  Erica also attends conferences and mentors nutrition students.  Her mission is to help each one of her clients not only manage their health but to thrive and enjoy life!

Stephany is a Mid Level Registered Dietitian Associate in NYC who offers private sessions and corporate seminars along with cooking demos. She has over 10 years of experience in nutrition counseling. At Montclair State University, she obtained a M.S. in Nutrition and Food Sciences, with a focus on Nutrition Education. And at Rutgers University, School of Biological & Environmental Sciences, she received a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and a Certificate in the Didactic Program in Dietetics, an accredited DPD by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Stephany has completed her Dietetic Internship which includes 1200 hours of ACEND-accredited supervised practice in clinical, community and food service nutrition. Stephany also teaches Nutrition Science Courses at Monmouth University in the Department of Chemistry and Physics. Lisa received her B.S. in nutrition from Syracuse University where she graduated with honors and then completed a 12-month intensive dietetic internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital. With 12+ years of experience in private practice, she has a knack for empowering her clients to feel healthier and more confident in their skin.

Laura is a Registered Dietitian  in NYC with eight years of experience. She earned her Masters in Nutrition and Food Science with an emphasis on Nutrition Education from Montclair State University and then completed her dietetic internship with a specialty in worksite wellness as Wellness Workdays. She then worked at WIC, where she provided nutrition counseling and education to pregnant patients and young children. During her time at WIC she developed a passion for fertility, pregnancy, and early childhood nutrition. She was able to further develop that passion over the past five years as she has led the outpatient nutrition counseling program at CarePoint-Hoboken University Medical Center. During her time at CarePoint she has gained experience counseling on a variety of disease states and nutrition issues. In addition to the outpatient program, she was also a member of the clinical in-patient team. At CarePoint, she also had the role of community dietitian where she gave nutrition presentations and cooking demonstrations at community events and universities.

Siomara Hercules is a certified Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of nursing experience in orthopedic trauma, palliative care, and colorectal surgery. Her diverse clinical background has shaped her into a well-rounded provider who approaches patient care with empathy, attention to detail, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique health journey. 

Siomara earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Master of Science in Nursing from United States University. She chose to specialize in urology because of her passion for helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and empowered—especially when navigating personal and often sensitive health concerns. 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Siomara is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patients. 

Outside of work, Siomara is a proud mom of three and can often be found cheering from the sidelines at her kids' sports games or exploring new restaurants around town. She brings the same energy, warmth, and curiosity to her personal life as she does to every patient encounter.
