Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.
Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about educating women on their health options, promoting informed decision-making, and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. In addition to her clinical work in the office, Madison also serves patients in the triage department, ensuring comprehensive care across all aspects of patient needs.

Kristen Balconi is thrilled to be rejoining the esteemed team at Rochester Primary Care as a Registered Nurse, Care Manager & Clinical Coordinator! She is bringing back nearly 10 years of enriched experience in the healthcare field which started at the age of 16.
Her journey with Rochester Primary Care first began as a Medical Assistant, where she cultivated a fundamental commitment to patient care over 4 years.
Driven by a profound passion for patient care and well-being, she embarked on her journey through nursing school to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to enhance her ability to provide exceptional patient care.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of serving in diverse healthcare settings, ranging from primary care, to front-line 911 emergency care, and most recently, Registered Nursing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Hospital of Michigan.
This breadth of experience has equipped her with a comprehensive view of healthcare delivery systems, allowing her to navigate complex patient needs with empathy and efficiency.
As a Nurse Care Manager, she specializes in coordinating care plans that optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Her role involves collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to tailor personalized care strategies that address both medical and emotional needs.

Lisa shares her well-honed nursing skills with her patients at Neuro Pain Consultants as well as her nursing students at Oakland Community College, where she serves as a member of the adjunct nursing faculty.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University in University Center, Michigan. She completed her education at Wayne State University in Detroit, where she earned a Master of Science degree in nursing.
For more than three decades, Lisa has served patients in both inpatient and office settings, delivering high-quality patient care as well as health education and disease prevention. She previously served as nurse practitioner at Beaumont North Pointe Heart Center, William Beaumont Weight Control Center, and Beaumont St. Clair Shores Internists.

Celeena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Oakland University, establishing a solid foundation in the biological sciences. Building on this, she pursued advanced studies and graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Michigan - Flint. This comprehensive education equipped Celeena with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional care to patients.
With a specific passion for empowering women in their health and wellness, Celeena fosters a supportive environment through patient education, open communication, and personalized care. Her unique blend of academic excellence, clinical proficiency, and a warm, personable demeanor positions her to significantly contribute to the well-being of women in the community. Beyond the confines of the medical world, Celeena loves exploring new experiences and cultural insights through travel. Cherishing moments with family and friends is a priority for her. In addition to human companionship, she shares her home with a loving Goldendoodle and a chatty parrot.
As a life long resident of Genesee County, my roots run very deep. Ever since I began practicing medicine it has been my goal to treat patients like family and this is the very reason that I established Hometown Family Medicine and Urgent Care. I have worked in Genesee County for over 20 years in emergency medicine, urgent care and family practice, and I possess a strong skill set and knowledge base that allows me to treat everyone.
