Pradeep Raj Rai, MD, FASAM, is a board-certified medical doctor and a Fellow of the American Society of Medicine. He is the medical director at Magnolia Medical Group, with locations in Denver and Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and he is board-certified in addiction medicine to offer the highest-quality care to every patient he sees.

Dr. Rai received his bachelor’s degree in cellular and molecular biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, before going on to earn his medical degree. She was born and raised in Denver, and attended the University of Northern Colorado, where she completed her master’s degree in nursing in 2018. Prior to joining Westmed, she spent 6 years in central California, providing care to individuals at a private primary care clinic and student wellness center for pre-school to 12th grade students. Originally from Illinois, she earned her bachelor’s degree at Marquette University, attended graduate school at St. Louis University, and completed her Physician Assistant studies at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2008. As a first-generation American raised in Colorado by immigrant parents from Guyana and Poland—both of whom proudly served in the U.S. military—Oswaldo Grenardo, MD, MBA, MSHA, FAAFP, grew up with a deep respect for accountability, service, and cultural diversity. These early influences, coupled with a desire to improve the healthcare experience for underserved individuals, led him to start his own private practice, OG Health, in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

With over 30 years of experience in family medicine and healthcare leadership, Dr. Grenardo brings a unique blend of compassionate, personalized care and executive-level insight to his patients at OG Health, the practice he founded to reflect his vision of whole-person care. He believes great care begins with a genuine relationship—where patients feel seen, heard, and truly known by their physician.

Dr. Grenardo has held numerous high-impact roles throughout his career, including Chief Medical Officer and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Centura Health/CommonSpirit Health, Medical Director of its Clinically Integrated Network, and Dean of Admissions at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He remains active in the community, serving on multiple nonprofit boards, including the American Heart Association Colorado, the Colorado Health Foundation, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver—working to improve health and opportunity across Colorado.

Andrea received BA degree at Doane college with honors. Worked in lab for cytogenetics while studying at University of Colorado Child Health Associate/physician assistant program. Graduated with master’s degree. She has been blessed with opportunity in primary care and specialty allowing continued growth. Dr. Sarah Mack is a Colorado Native who completed medical school at Rocky Vista University. She received her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at University of Northern Colorado and a masters in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She then completed residency with Durant Family Medicine in Oklahoma learning to care for a rural population and help an underserved population manage their health. Dr. Mack enjoys caring for whole families and providing thorough care through education and discussion of options. Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with her husband and family when she’s not practicing medicine. She enjoys being in the mountains as much as possible with hiking, camping, and off-roading with her husband. She enjoys cooking and baking for her loved ones and learning new techniques when she can.

Sarah Sato, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and one of the co-founders of The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC located in Superior, Colorado. Sarah completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She went on to earn both her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing at Columbia University in New York City, where she was part of the Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. As part of her training, Sarah worked as a registered nurse at the Manhattan Children's Center and student nurse practitioner at the Neighborhood Family and Health Center in the Bronx.

After completing her training, Sarah worked as a nurse practitioner at several facilities in Colorado, before starting The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC in 2019. Sarah is board certified and holds both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado and is a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has independent prescriptive authority and holds a Drug Enforcement Administration certificate, which allows her to prescribe medication for patient treatment.
