Dr. Claire Hardin, DNP, FNP-C, is a highly skilled family nurse practitioner at P2 Wellness in locations in both Parker and Lakewood, Colorado. 

She began her impressive career in emergency medicine at Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut, where she honed her skills as a bedside nurse and critical care specialist for eight years. She earned her nursing degree from Yale University followed by a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. 

Claire’s dedication to patient care led her to pursue a fellowship in emergency medicine and child abuse, where she received the prestigious Trewin Award for leadership and became a health policy fellow advocating for patient rights.

With a passion for global health, Claire has worked and taught healthcare in diverse settings across Nepal, Haiti, Uganda, and Nicaragua. In 2018, she relocated to Colorado and joined Children’s Hospital Colorado in the emergency department, followed by roles in an IV infusion center and a family health clinic. Claire is now thrilled to bring her expertise in continuity of care to P2 Wellness, where she emphasizes the importance of holistic patient care and precision based medicine.

With over 15 years in healthcare, Claire deeply values the patient-provider relationship. She credits both her parents, who are dedicated healthcare professionals, for instilling in her the importance of compassionate patient care.

Outside of her professional life, Claire enjoys hiking with her three dogs, practicing yoga, and cooking with her husband. She remains close to her East Coast family, who continue to inspire her in her work. 

Andrea received BA degree at Doane college with honors. Worked in lab for cytogenetics while studying at University of Colorado Child Health Associate/physician assistant program. Graduated with master’s degree. She has been blessed with opportunity in primary care and specialty allowing continued growth. Inspired by patients’ and colleagues with their insight and enjoy educating patients to allow active involvement in their health care. Andrea is an advanced practitioner who feels passionate to keep updated on new medical advances, provide great care along with respect and dignity to the individual patient. Dr. Sarah Mack is a Colorado Native who completed medical school at Rocky Vista University. She received her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at University of Northern Colorado and a masters in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She then completed residency with Durant Family Medicine in Oklahoma learning to care for a rural population and help an underserved population manage their health. Dr. Mack enjoys caring for whole families and providing thorough care through education and discussion of options. Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with her husband and family when she’s not practicing medicine. She enjoys being in the mountains as much as possible with hiking, camping, and off-roading with her husband. She enjoys cooking and baking for her loved ones and learning new techniques when she can.

Sarah Sato, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and one of the co-founders of The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC located in Superior, Colorado. Sarah completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She went on to earn both her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing at Columbia University in New York City, where she was part of the Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. As part of her training, Sarah worked as a registered nurse at the Manhattan Children's Center and student nurse practitioner at the Neighborhood Family and Health Center in the Bronx.

After completing her training, Sarah worked as a nurse practitioner at several facilities in Colorado, before starting The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC in 2019. Sarah is board certified and holds both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado and is a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has independent prescriptive authority and holds a Drug Enforcement Administration certificate, which allows her to prescribe medication for patient treatment.

Dr. Hallmark grew up in Colorado, graduating from Arapahoe High School in Centennial in 1970. He graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Chemistry from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, then pursued his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. Dr. Hallmark graduated from UTMB in 1979 and practiced in East Texas for the next 10 years.

Dr. Hallmark’s life-long desire was to be a small-town family doctor who not only served his patients but developed close relationships with them. Jodie Gahn-Stahley began her health-care career in 1990 as a US Fleet Marine Force Corpsman where she treated Navy and Marine Corps personnel and their families at Camp Pendleton, CA and Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA. After four years, she separated from active duty and continued her military career in the US Naval Reserves supporting Fleet Hospital 23, Field Medical Unit as a combat medical technician. 

Jodie grew up in southeastern Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin- Madison for undergraduate training in 1995. While pursuing her degree, she worked as a multi-specialty medical assistant at Dean Medical Center in Madison, Wisconsin. Her physician assistant training was completed at College of Osteopathic Medicine - Des Moines University. Since then, she has been dedicated to providing quality and cost- effective health care in the South Denver Metro area. Her outpatient medical practice spans the pediatric through geriatric 

population with a focus on preventative medicine, disease management and urgent care. 

In her personal time, she and her husband, John, enjoy a multitude of outdoor adventures whether hiking in the forest or boating and fishing in Colorado's mountain lakes and streams with their two dogs Max and Elke. An aspiring home chef and foodie, Jodie is known to whip up a tasty meal for her family and friends.
