Heather Whiting is a native of Colorado and has been fortunate to serve the community as a physician assistant and patient care advocate since 2003.

She began her pursuit of a career in medicine at the University of Northern Colorado where she earned a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Human Biology. Upon graduation, Heather worked at the University of Colorado Hospital as a Rehab Therapy Technician. She later graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado with honors and earned a second Master’s degree, a Masters of Medical Science from Saint Francis University.

Heather is very passionate about medicine and believes in caring for the whole patient. She enjoys working side by side with patients striving to achieve optimal physical and emotional health. She is experienced in treating patients across a wide spectrum of disease states and ages, from adolescence to geriatrics. She has special interest in disease prevention and health promotion.

Tony Brown, MD, is the Medical Director and a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist specializing in pelvic stabilization and kyphoplasty at RIA Endovascular. Dr. Brown sees patients at the practice's location in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

He pursued medical school at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, followed by an internship in Internal Medicine at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado, and a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Colorado in Aurora.

Val has over 14 years of healthcare and management experience. She spent nine years working as Practice Administrator and Billing Supervisor of a well-established Ophthalmology and Optometry practice. As Magnolia Medical Group's Director of Operations, she works closely with medical providers, counselors, psychiatrists, laboratory staff, medical assistants, and clinic administration staff to consistently develop and nurture a clinic atmosphere that is beneficial and conducive to helping those in recovery. Val has been with Magnolia Medical Group since May of 2021.

Val is a Colorado Native who lives with her husband and their two children. She enjoys camping, hiking, paddle boarding, and most other outdoor activities. Pradeep Raj Rai, MD, FASAM, is a board-certified medical doctor and a Fellow of the American Society of Medicine. He is the medical director at Magnolia Medical Group, with locations in Denver and Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and he is board-certified in addiction medicine to offer the highest-quality care to every patient he sees.

Dr. Rai received his bachelor’s degree in cellular and molecular biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, before going on to earn his medical degree. After working for several years in the field of addiction medicine, he founded Magnolia Medical Group to provide the residents of Colorado with resources for addiction that combine behavioral health solutions alongside effective medical care.

Colleen has been practicing Family Medicine in Colorado since 2012. Originally from Illinois, she earned her bachelor’s degree at Marquette University, attended graduate school at St. Louis University, and completed her Physician Assistant studies at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2008. Colleen is committed to providing care that is compassionate and non-judgmental. She strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable and understood. Colleen believes in taking time to educate patients so they fully understand the “why” and “how” behind their health and treatment, empowering them to make informed decisions and take an active role in their well-being.

Christian is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, who enjoys caring for individuals of all ages. She has a strong background in pediatrics, having worked as a pediatric nurse for 6 years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She was born and raised in Denver, and attended the University of Northern Colorado, where she completed her master’s degree in nursing in 2018. Prior to joining Westmed, she spent 6 years in central California, providing care to individuals at a private primary care clinic and student wellness center for pre-school to 12th grade students. She speaks Spanish fluently.

As a first-generation American raised in Colorado by immigrant parents from Guyana and Poland—both of whom proudly served in the U.S. military—Oswaldo Grenardo, MD, MBA, MSHA, FAAFP, grew up with a deep respect for accountability, service, and cultural diversity. These early influences, coupled with a desire to improve the healthcare experience for underserved individuals, led him to start his own private practice, OG Health, in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

With over 30 years of experience in family medicine and healthcare leadership, Dr. Grenardo brings a unique blend of compassionate, personalized care and executive-level insight to his patients at OG Health, the practice he founded to reflect his vision of whole-person care. He believes great care begins with a genuine relationship—where patients feel seen, heard, and truly known by their physician.

Dr. Grenardo has held numerous high-impact roles throughout his career, including Chief Medical Officer and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Centura Health/CommonSpirit Health, Medical Director of its Clinically Integrated Network, and Dean of Admissions at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Outside of medicine, Dr. Grenardo is a proud father, sports enthusiast, former Stanford football player, bonsai hobbyist, and certified barbecue judge. He remains active in the community, serving on multiple nonprofit boards, including the American Heart Association Colorado, the Colorado Health Foundation, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver—working to improve health and opportunity across Colorado.

Dr. Claire Hardin, DNP, FNP-C, is a highly skilled family nurse practitioner at P2 Wellness in locations in both Parker and Lakewood, Colorado. 

She began her impressive career in emergency medicine at Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut, where she honed her skills as a bedside nurse and critical care specialist for eight years. She earned her nursing degree from Yale University followed by a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. 

Claire’s dedication to patient care led her to pursue a fellowship in emergency medicine and child abuse, where she received the prestigious Trewin Award for leadership and became a health policy fellow advocating for patient rights.

With a passion for global health, Claire has worked and taught healthcare in diverse settings across Nepal, Haiti, Uganda, and Nicaragua. In 2018, she relocated to Colorado and joined Children’s Hospital Colorado in the emergency department, followed by roles in an IV infusion center and a family health clinic. Claire is now thrilled to bring her expertise in continuity of care to P2 Wellness, where she emphasizes the importance of holistic patient care and precision based medicine.

With over 15 years in healthcare, Claire deeply values the patient-provider relationship. She credits both her parents, who are dedicated healthcare professionals, for instilling in her the importance of compassionate patient care.

Outside of her professional life, Claire enjoys hiking with her three dogs, practicing yoga, and cooking with her husband. She remains close to her East Coast family, who continue to inspire her in her work. 

Tana Smith, M.D. is an experienced board certified family physician with over 20 years of dedicated service in the field of medicine. As a Colorado native, she’s had the privilege of serving Colorado communities for more than two decades. Dr. Smith is an alumna of the University of Denver. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, followed by residency at St. Anthony Family Medicine Residency Program in Denver. Her experience spans various facets of family medicine, with a particular emphasis on fostering strong patient-physician partnerships and shared decision-making. Dr. Smith's approach to healthcare is grounded in the belief that effective treatment plans are best developed through collaborative efforts between physician and patient. She is passionate about getting to know her patients and working together to keep patients and their families healthy. As a Colorado native, Dr. Smith has called Littleton home for over 20 years.

Dr. Sarah Mack is a Colorado Native who completed medical school at Rocky Vista University. She received her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at University of Northern Colorado and a masters in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She then completed residency with Durant Family Medicine in Oklahoma learning to care for a rural population and help an underserved population manage their health. Dr. Mack enjoys caring for whole families and providing thorough care through education and discussion of options. Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with her husband and family when she’s not practicing medicine. She enjoys being in the mountains as much as possible with hiking, camping, and off-roading with her husband. She enjoys cooking and baking for her loved ones and learning new techniques when she can.

Andrea received BA degree at Doane college with honors. Worked in lab for cytogenetics while studying at University of Colorado Child Health Associate/physician assistant program. Graduated with master’s degree. She has been blessed with opportunity in primary care and specialty allowing continued growth. Inspired by patients’ and colleagues with their insight and enjoy educating patients to allow active involvement in their health care. Andrea is an advanced practitioner who feels passionate to keep updated on new medical advances, provide great care along with respect and dignity to the individual patient. Received the Distinguished Fellowship Award from American Academy of Physician Assistant. Appointed in Empire's Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women in Healthcare. Andrea treasures moments with her adult sons, family and friends. Traveling and cruising are some activities she finds relaxing. Enjoys quilting and trying to give back to the community, when possible.
