Her journey with Rochester Primary Care first began as a Medical Assistant, where she cultivated a fundamental commitment to patient care over 4 years.
Driven by a profound passion for patient care and well-being, she embarked on her journey through nursing school to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to enhance her ability to provide exceptional patient care.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of serving in diverse healthcare settings, ranging from primary care, to front-line 911 emergency care, and most recently, Registered Nursing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Hospital of Michigan.
This breadth of experience has equipped her with a comprehensive view of healthcare delivery systems, allowing her to navigate complex patient needs with empathy and efficiency.

Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics.
During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.
When not caring for patients, Nicole enjoys the beautiful state of Michigan, being active outdoors, and spending time with her two children. She is thrilled to be a part of the Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C., team!
Madison Frick, PA-C, is a compassionate and dedicated physician assistant specializing in women’s health at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, she is excited to serve the communities of Rochester Hills, Lenox, and Troy, Michigan.
Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.
Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about educating women on their health options, promoting informed decision-making, and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. Dr. Lewerenz is an Assistant Clinical Professor at MSU, and an active member of American Academy of Anti-Aging and Restorative Medicine, American Academy of Osteopathic Medicine, American Medical Association, and American College of Osteopathic Physicians.

Dr. Wonho Gil is a board certified family physician in the US as well as a breast surgeon (surgical oncologist) with over 15 years of experience in South Korea. He completed the Henry Ford family medicine residency program and achieved the American Board certification of Family Medicine in 2021.
Dr. Gil was a Professor of Breast and Thyroid department at the Samsung Medical Center in South Korea. During his years at SMC he performed over 1,000 cases of breast surgery including breast cancer surgery and benign breast mass removal, and also performed countless cases of breast ultrasound and core needle biopsy including Mammotome excision.
As a renowned breast surgeon and medical researcher who has published his findings in over 50 research papers to high-ranking SCI journals, Dr. Gil's name was published in the Marquis "Who's who in the world" of 2016.
He constantly educates himself on the latest medical findings and cutting-edge surgical skills.
