Thomas Sulkowski, MD, brings nearly three decades of experience in family medicine to Sulkowski Family Medicine in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Dr. Sulkowski earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, where he also completed a residency at Chesterfield Family Practice. He holds an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and earned a Master of Education in athletic training from the University of Virginia.
Known as a caring doctor who puts patients first, Dr. Sulkowski practiced family medicine in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Savannah, Georgia, before settling in Murfreesboro. He and his family have called the community home since 1998. He is certified in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Sulkowski’s career includes five years as an athletic trainer to collegiate and professional athletes, and to competitors at Olympic festivals. Now, he brings that know-how to the treatment of sports-related injuries. He takes pride in listening to his patients’ concerns and considers each person who walks through the door a member of the family.
Dr. Sulkowski leads Sulkowski Family Medicine, an award-winning partner in health to patients in and around Murfreesboro.
