Dr. Modi earned his medical and surgical degrees at B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. After graduating, Dr. Modi came to the United States and completed his residency at Temple University/Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania in family practice. He then completed his residency in geriatric medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Not only is Dr. Modi certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Geriatrics Society, but he also holds memberships in the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Texas Medical Association.
Throughout his education and medical career, Dr. Modi has been recognized for his customer service and awarded Best Resident and Exceptional Role Model for his residency. Dr Modi is recognized as one of D Magazine’s 2025 Best Doctors in Collin County. Dr Modi also recognized by United health as United Hero for the year 2024.
Dr. Modi, who speaks English, Hindi, and Gujarati, lives in Allen with his wife and two boys. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music, reading, and practicing yoga.

Pradeep Parihar, MD has devoted his medical career to family medicine, with a subspecialty in sports medicine, to help patients at Express Family Clinic in Allen, Texas, lead long and active lives. Sharan Allen, AGNP-C, is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner and the founder of A.L.M.S Community Health Center in Grand Prairie, Texas.
