She later expanded her expertise with a Post-Master’s Certificate in Pediatric Acute Care and earned her Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification.
Beyond clinical practice, Joanne is passionate about advocacy and advancing pediatric healthcare. She played a key role in establishing Cleft-Craniofacial Clinics and assisting hospitals in obtaining national certification for specialized teams in New York and Nebraska. Additionally, she directed the Helmet Clinic in Omaha, NE, providing critical care for infants with positional cranial deformities.

Andrea Pham, PA-C, is a board certified physician assistant. She is originally from Reno, NV where she attended the University of Nevada, Reno for her undergraduate degree in Community Health Science. She proceeded to obtain her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University Nevada.
During her undergraduate studies, Andrea was very passionate about helping the underserved population and volunteered for a medical mission in Lima, Peru. There she participated in global medicine and delivered free primary healthcare services alongside local practitioners. Her hope was to empower those in their feat for equal access to healthcare.
