During her undergraduate studies, Andrea was very passionate about helping the underserved population and volunteered for a medical mission in Lima, Peru. Joanne earned her Master of Science in Child Health Nursing from Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY, obtaining her Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2017. She later expanded her expertise with a Post-Master’s Certificate in Pediatric Acute Care and earned her Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification.
Beyond clinical practice, Joanne is passionate about advocacy and advancing pediatric healthcare. She played a key role in establishing Cleft-Craniofacial Clinics and assisting hospitals in obtaining national certification for specialized teams in New York and Nebraska. Additionally, she directed the Helmet Clinic in Omaha, NE, providing critical care for infants with positional cranial deformities.

Amanda's deep-rooted passion for pediatric care is shaped by her upbringing in Tulelake, California, where her family has been part of the community since 1927. A third-generation nurse, Amanda followed in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, graduating from Tulelake High School in 2006 before pursuing her undergraduate degree in Nursing in Reno, Nevada.
Amanda's professional journey began in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Medford, Oregon, where she provided compassionate, critical care to newborns for five years. Her dedication to pediatric health led her back to her hometown, where she gained valuable experience in a small Emergency Department. Amanda then spent six years at Sanford Children’s Clinic in Klamath Falls, Oregon, serving as both a patient care nurse and nurse care manager, further developing her expertise in pediatric healthcare.
Committed to advancing her practice, Amanda earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in pediatric primary care from Rush University. She is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) and has been serving as a dedicated nurse practitioner since August 2022. Her journey brought her to Las Vegas, where she is excited to continue providing exceptional care to children and their families.
Amanda is not only a skilled healthcare provider but also a warm and approachable caregiver who understands the importance of building trust with families. Siobhan Broady, DNP, CPNP-PC is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she commenced her career in both outpatient and inpatient settings, accumulating extensive clinical experience across pediatric and adult care. Her background encompasses the care of children with special needs, including muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, scoliosis, and upper extremity conditions, as well as adult patients requiring peritoneal dialysis, diagnosis of cystic fibrosis, neurologic conditions, and general medical-surgical needs. After several years of professional experience, she pursued higher education and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona, specializing in pediatric primary care.
She is deeply committed to empowering parents with the knowledge and confidence to effectively care for their children’s health, whether managing acute illnesses or chronic conditions. She is also dedicated to preventative care, with a strong emphasis on obesity, nutrition, and equitable access to healthcare—particularly for immigrant families and underserved communities.
