Hello, my name is Barb Pleiman I have been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 6 years. I have worked as a nurse in many different settings for 26 years, majority of that time has been in a primary care setting. I live in Minster, with my husband and 3 children. Jenna Del Favero, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a compassionate and dedicated advanced practice nurse with a passion for patient education, chronic disease management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Jenna completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Kentucky in December 2009. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in December 2015.

Throughout her career, Jenna has worked in various specialties and settings, including pediatric intensive care, nephrology & hypertension, and at a drug and poison information center.
