Shirin Mobeen is a family Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed by the State Board of Florida. She has received her bachelors and masters degree in nursing at the University of Tampa. Shirin worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in acute care and medical/ surgical setting prior to her work as a Nurse Practitioner. While working as an RN, she also served as a team leader, ensuring safe patient care and satisfaction as well as mentoring and supporting the nursing team members. Shirin is attentive, patient, and compassionate. She believes in a healthy lifestyle that is conducive to disease prevention. Her goal is to engage patients in their health care decisions and plan of care. Shirin is devoted to building long-lasting relationships with her patients.

Sameer Patel is a board certified physician assistant and a native to Orlando, Florida. Sameer attended Florida State University (FSU) for his Bachelor's in Psychology and attended University of Central Florida (UCF) for his bachelor's in Biology. Following graduation he attended Nova Southeastern University-Orlando for his MMSc in Physician assistant studies and graduated with highest honors. Sameer's whole family is involved in different specialties of medicine and taking care of other people.
With a strong focus on building long-term relationships, Sameer strives to support individuals and families in achieving their healthiest, happiest lives. Whether managing chronic conditions or guiding preventive care, Sameer is committed to treating patients with kindness, respect, and understanding. Outside the office, Sameer is passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and wrestling, which not only keeps him active but also reinforces the values of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.
Dr. Melodie Mope, M.D. obtained her medical degree from St. Matthews University School of Medicine, and completed her Residency at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri in Family Medicine. Dr. Mope is also the Family Medicine Clerkship Director for FSU's Orlando Campus. She works closely with medical students and helps teach them the importance of giving quality care to all patients. She received an award in 2019 for “Best of the Best in Patient Experience” as well as Orlando Magazine’s Top Doc award 4 consecutive years in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. She will continue to provide that same “award winning” care to her patients in the community she lives in. To her, being a doctor is more than just taking care of a patient, she believes in getting to know her patients and treating them like family, creating an environment and relationship that will help lead to, or continue, a healthy lifestyle for years to come.
