“During the last few times I’ve been seen in the Stockbridge clinic the waiting times are ridiculous. After checking in and getting into a room is great. The wait time for the PA has been 30-45 minutes in the last few visits. No one comes and explains the delay and no one has ever apologized for the delay, and you tell me that if I am late for my appointment I have to reschedule. If I don’t cancel early enough you will charge me. ”
