As a committed primary Care provider with great analytical skills, I provide patient centered care across the life span from initial patient assessment, patient wellness visits, pre and post cosmetic surgical clearance through annual physicals to Compensation and Pension (C & P) Veteran Affairs disability evaluation. I am committed and dedicated to the care of my patients by collaborating with patients to evaluate, perform diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans for chronic illnesses. Karan Staggers is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University College of Nursing (BSN) and Walden University (MSN in Nursing) specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner. Karan is associated with A.L.M.S. Community Health Center, Inc in Grand Prairie, Texas where she is actively practicing as an FNP-C. Karan has been in nursing for greater than 25 years specializing in pediatric nursing, critical care nursing, and emergency medicine. He went on to complete his Family Medicine residency at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas, and has remained in the DFW area since 1988, faithfully serving generations of patients.

Dr. McCurley provides comprehensive primary care for adults and families, with extensive experience in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and other common medical conditions, as well as acute illnesses and preventive care. He believes that listening well, investing time, and building trust with patients leads to better health outcomes and longer, healthier lives—a philosophy that aligns beautifully with the mission of Livingspring Family Medical Center.

Beyond his clinical work, Dr. McCurley has participated in medical mission trips to Africa and Mexico, reflecting his heart for service and compassionate care beyond borders. He has been married to his wife, Pamela, for 28 years, and together they have three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and listening to music.

Tolulope Olabintan, MD, DipABLM, FAAFP, DABoM or “Dr. O“ as she is fondly called by her patients, leads the medical team at Livingspring Family Medical Center, a primary care center located in Mansfield, Texas. She is a Board-Certified Family Physician, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She also completed a Women’s Health Fellowship and is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. I completed my residency at Howard University in Washington, DC and Mount Sinai in Chicago, Illinois. After residency, I began practicing family medicine at Health Partners in Minnesota, where I remained for over 12 years. During my time at Health Partners, I fostered meaningful relationships with patients and their families. I enjoyed the interactions and more importantly, learned from them. In Texas, I plan to continue the same practices. Pradeep Parihar, MD has devoted his medical career to family medicine, with a subspecialty in sports medicine, to help patients at Express Family Clinic in Allen, Texas, lead long and active lives.
