Dr. Reid completed her medical school training at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine (one of the top 10 medical schools in the nation by the U.S. News & World Report) and her residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center.
She is a native of Chicago and, prior to medical school, served as a health administrative intern at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – MidWest division. Dr. Reid bridged her love for dance through the practice of Yoga and Pilates. As a certified yoga instructor, she has made Yoga and movement a focal point in her practice.

Dr. Joel Arter, MD is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He graduated from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda Maryland which is associated with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He completed his Family Medicine Residency Program at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. MAJ Arter spent the next decade serving the active duty community, wounded veterans and their families. In addition to deployments to South Korea, and medical support missions to Nicaragua, he was responsible for the management of medical operations while in Korea, and later in the largest military clinic in Hawaii at Scofield Barracks to a population of over 90,000. Dr. Arter continues to contribute to advances in medicine with numerous publications in medical literature, and provides mentoring to the next generation of the physicians. Dr. Arter believes every patient deserves state of the art up-to-date care, and will strive to serve you top quality medical care that is both compassionate and accurate with a non-judgmental and collaborative health-care approach. Norr Santz, MD is a board-certified physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation who provides quality care to patients at the West Los Angeles office of Health Atlast. Dr. Santz completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California Los Angeles then earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Santz provides comprehensive care to her patients and strives to empower and support them with patient education.
