Dedicated to continuing his knowledge and education in his specialty fields, Dr. Silver maintains active memberships in several professional societies, including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Academy of Osteopathy, The Osteopathic Cranial Academy and the American Osteopathic Association.

Following medical school, Dr. Tarlow completed an internship and residency in family medicine at Sparrow Hospital/Michigan State University. He has been in private practice in Orange County since 2000 after joining his father and General Surgeon, Herbet Tarlow, MD. Tarlow Medical has been in the same Anaheim location since 1966 and remains committed to serving Anaheim residents and surrounding cities.
Dr. Tarlow’s affiliations include St. Jude Medical Center, American Board of Family Medicine, American Academy of Family Practice, American College of Sports Medicine and American College of Sclerotherapeutic Pain Management.
