Jay Michael Trussler, DO, is a board-certified physician and a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and is highly experienced in all areas of Family Medicine. He offers comprehensive services at his Middle Tennessee locations in Manchester and Monteagle, where he focuses on pediatrics, primary care, and the management of chronic diseases, such as COPD and diabetes. Dr. Trussler is a member of the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians and has previously served as the Chief of Staff for both the Medical Center of Manchester and Unity Medical Center hospitals in Manchester, Tennessee.

He coaches both his children as the participate in youth football and baseball. He has also participated in medical missionary trips to Mexico and Africa, where he volunteered his medical skills for people in need.
