Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 25 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.
He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.
Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
He then graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Brooklyn (Downstate Medical Center) with Distinction in Research and Cum Laude honors.
He completed his internship at the University of Rochester-Strong Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine, and then moved on to complete his dermatology residency, as Chief Resident, at Downstate Medical Center.

Dr. Onorato furthers his involvement in the medical community by presenting at conferences, both nationally and internationally, and he’s been published in several dermatology journals.
He is currently a clinical professor for Yale and Columbia University’s nurse practitioner programs.

Certified in oncology, she possesses extensive expertise in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including infusion chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. Michele Vallee, APRN has over a decade of experience in hospital, school and community settings caring for patients. After listening to thousands of patients’ concerns, the growing need for additional access to health care became increasingly clear. More patients were spending many hours in the emergency room to receive basic health care. ER visits were not only costly and time consuming but often described as impersonal.
