Anthony Freire, LMHC, NCC, CCMHC founded The Soho Center for Mental Health Counseling alongside Kelley Hershman, LMHC and Alexander Badillo, JD, LMHC  to better serve their clientele using a team approach. The three clinical directors and many of our supervisors are also professors at New York University, teaching Mental Health Counseling to the next generation of therapists.   We serve as an clinical supervision center for pre-licensed and newly licensed professionals. This service helps support future clinicians in their professional development, further their clinical education, and increase their skill set.

Dr. Myszko is dedicated to the care of NYC teens and young adults. She understands the pressures of growing up in NYC and how they affect school, social circles, families, and overall well-being. Dr. Myszko empowers her patients to be active participants in their health. She believes in a collaborative approach, where good health is achieved through a close partnership between doctor and patient. Dr. Myszko provides her patients with up-to-date, comprehensive medical information and recommendations based on her clinical experience. Miriam also holds a Child Welfare Certification, further strengthening her commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

Before transitioning her primary focus to clinical operations and program development, Miriam maintained an active clinical caseload, providing direct therapeutic services to individuals with a wide range of behavioral health needs. She currently serves as the Clinical Program Development Specialist at LaSante Health Center, where she is dedicated to advancing high-quality behavioral healthcare through excellence in clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinical operations.
