Ken Blad, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Midwest Regional Health Services, where he has been practicing since 2003. Known for his compassionate, whole-person approach to care, Dr. Blad has a special interest in vasectomies and minor in-office surgical procedures. He is passionate about helping his patients become the healthiest versions of themselves.
Dr. Blad grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska, as one of seven siblings and graduated from Lincoln East High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and completed his medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He went on to complete his residency in family medicine at Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Blad is a devoted husband and father of six and has two wonderful grandchildren. His fifth child was born with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that has deeply shaped his understanding of family-centered care and advocacy. Chantel Collier is a board certified nurse practitioner. Her background include acute care, emergency medicine, critical care, and cardiology. Chantel graduated with honors from Clarkson College. She brings a wide array of nursing experience and professional education to diagnose and treat any illness while focusing on prevention, wellness and education. She has a strong passion for cardiac care, women’s health and community education. She has over 20 years of clinical experience.
