Dr. Ken Crump has been Board Certified as a Family Practice Physician since 1997. He received his undergraduate degree at BYU, and then attended medical school at the University of Washington. His number one passion is providing excellent medical care to his patients, but a close second is all things BYU Football! Dr. Crump is also an accomplished triathlete and enjoys biking the trails in Provo canyon.
Born in Idaho and raised in Montana, he now makes his home in Orem. He and his wife are the parents of 4 children.
Karsen Delgado is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is bilingual in English and Spanish. She obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree from Davis Applied Technology College, and her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at Weber State University. She served a full time LDS mission to Ecuador, providing nursing services there prior to obtaining her Master's of Science degree at Brigham Young University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of UNP. Her professional experience includes three years providing medical services to patients at Mountainlands Family Health Center, nine years in her own private practice, and five years of nursing in pediatric and geriatric settings.
Karsen has had a personal experience with postpartum mood changes, and several years later became ill with lyme symptoms, including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis, and neuropathy. She was led to change her diet and lifestyle and ultimately experienced iraculous healing of body, mind and spirit. She is desirous to share what she has learned in the hopes that it can also help others struggling with chronic illness to fully heal.
Karsen also loves helping women and men balance their hormones, improve sleep and attain the lifestyle to live life to the fullest. She is thrilled to be working as a team with Catherine Kipp!

Dr. John Dame is excited to be a part of the Re/Clinic. He has over 20 years of experience in helping patients live their healthiest and best lives. Board Certified in Family Medicine he has a broad view of health and well-being. He has treated a wide range of health conditions and has extensive training in treating common conditions including joint pains, fatigue, low mood, hormone imbalances, male and female sexual wellness. Regenerative medicine offered by the Re/Clinic aligns with and adds to the treatment options available to improve “healthspan” for our patients.
Dr. John trained at the University of Utah for medical school and at the University of Washington affiliated Valley Medical Center in Washington state. When he is not helping patients live their healthiest lives he spends time with is 3 children, 2 cats and a dog! He also enjoys his various hobbies including, sailing, hiking, mountain biking and touring around on his motorcycle.
