Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics.
During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.

David Berlin, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon at Long Lake Podiatry, P.C., providing comprehensive podiatry care to people of all ages at two convenient locations in Troy and St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
Dr. Berlin began his professional education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Following graduation, he pursued a medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. There, Dr. Berlin earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine.
Since entering private practice, Dr. Berlin has served in various positions, including vice chief of surgery and chief of surgery. As a podiatrist, he has special interests in neuropathy care and the treatment of chronic plantar fasciitis.
Dr. Berlin proudly holds membership in several professional organizations, including the Academy of Ambulatory Foot Surgery and the American Association of Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons.

Marlene is a certified adult nurse practitioner at Neuro Pain Consultants with four convenient locations in the metropolitan Detroit region: Bloomfield Hills, Clarkston, Macomb Township, and West Bloomfield, Michigan. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Marlene continued on to Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, where she earned her master’s degree in nursing with advanced training for the full scope of nurse practitioner. She groomed specialized skills in pain management while serving as a pre-operative/recovery nurse in diverse clinical settings, such as surgical intensive care and trauma units. Previously, Marlene worked for the American Surgical Centers and William Beaumont Hospital. She brings her passion for patient care and her commitment to helping patients maintain their health to her work as a member of the Neuro Pain Consultants medical staff.
Lisa M. Provenzano, MSN, RN, NP, is a certified adult nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist at Neuro Pain Consultants with four convenient locations in the metropolitan Detroit region: Bloomfield Hills, Clarkston, Macomb Township, and West Bloomfield, Michigan. Lisa shares her well-honed nursing skills with her patients at Neuro Pain Consultants as well as her nursing students at Oakland Community College, where she serves as a member of the adjunct nursing faculty.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University in University Center, Michigan. She completed her education at Wayne State University in Detroit, where she earned a Master of Science degree in nursing.
For more than three decades, Lisa has served patients in both inpatient and office settings, delivering high-quality patient care as well as health education and disease prevention. She previously served as nurse practitioner at Beaumont North Pointe Heart Center, William Beaumont Weight Control Center, and Beaumont St. Clair Shores Internists.
