Dr. Kathy Zelken is returning as an aesthetic medicine provider after a hiatus since the birth of her daughters. She has served as the medical advisor of the Zelken Institute for Aesthetic Medicine since it was established in 2016. Dr. Elain Tong was born in Pasadena, CA. Her interest in medicine began at a young age, after suffering multiple ankle injuries from years of dancing classical ballet. Her injuries were successfully treated by her father (Yee-Wing Tong, MD) with NBE therapy, or Neuro-Bioenergetics treatment, a therapy he developed combining western anesthetic nerve blocks and trigger point injections with acupuncture and the principles of Chinese medicine. This allowed her to continue dancing, performing, and competing with little downtime. When she was 15, her father taught her the NBE technique to help treat his own chronic illnesses. It was these experiences that led her to pursue a career in medicine. Dr. Elain graduated from UCLA with a major in Psychobiology and a minor in Classical Civilization, and then went on to study Chinese Medicine for two years at Samra University in Los Angeles. She received her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Gardner Tarlow is a board certified family physician, who has provided advanced health care and prevention to patients in his native Orange County, California for over a decade. Located in Anaheim, Dr. Tarlow offers a wide range of services to patients of every age, from adolescents to seniors.

In addition to routine physicals and wellness exams for children, men, women, seniors, and athletes, Dr Tarlow is an avid athlete and an expert in sports medicine. In the past, Dr. Tarlow has served as team physician and sports consultant for the Savanna High School Football team in Anaheim. Dr. Tarlow has also served as a sports consultant and periodic columnist for Dirt Rider Magazine. Dr. Tarlow grew up in Orange County, earned his undergraduate degree in business from Chapman University and worked in Orange County as a financial consultant before returning to school to earn his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, New York. Following medical school, Dr. Tarlow completed an internship and residency in family medicine at Sparrow Hospital/Michigan State University. He has been in private practice in Orange County since 2000 after joining his father and General Surgeon, Herbet Tarlow, MD. Tarlow Medical has been in the same Anaheim location since 1966 and remains committed to serving Anaheim residents and surrounding cities.

Ella graduated in June 2025 from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences. Dr. Alisa Farokhian, MD, specializes in internal medicine and is completing her fellowship in Advanced IBD GI.

Dr. Alisa Farokhian prides herself in her dedication to providing patients with exceptional care, respect, and support. She is completing her advanced IBD program at the prestigious Columbia University Hospital, while additionally working on her GI fellowship.  

Additionally, Dr. Alisa Farokhian has received countless awards and recognition for her participation in research and publications. She continues her education by attending and speaking at numerous top GI conferences to learn the most technological advances in medicine.

Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I am to deliver a high-quality care that utilizes the most recent advancements in medicine. I am especially interested in stress-related health issues and wellbeing including elderly care, women's health, and sports medicine and offer over years of experience. I earned my medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences and residency training at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center where I completed family medicine/geriatrics/women's health/sports medicine/hospital medicine/comfort care training. Later, I went on to inpatient/outpatient care at Pomona Valley Hospital and San Antonio Regional Hospital.

Dr. Brittany Glenn, D.O., is a board-certified emergency medicine physician bringing over ten years of experience caring for patients in emergency rooms to Cali Quick Urgent Care, serving people of all ages in Laguna Niguel, California, and southern Orange County.

Dr. Glenn grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio and began her collegiate pursuits at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, earning her Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She subsequently obtained a Master of Arts in bioethics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. After receiving her master’s degree, Dr. Glenn earned her medical degree at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

Dr. Glenn completed an extensive four-year emergency medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Hamot in Erie, Pennsylvania. Dr. Glenn has since served at various medical facilities and hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio and southern California. She’s board-certified in emergency medicine from the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (ABOEM). She holds basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Outside the office, Dr. Glenn enjoys spending time with her family. She co-founded and operates the urgent care and CQ Med Gym with her husband and is a mother of three young children under the age of 11. Her children were the inspiration for Cali Kids Urgent Care.
