Charles Ofori-Ampomah, DNP, FNP is a Family Nurse Practitioner with expertise in comprehensive primary care, preventive health, and chronic disease management. He holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is trained to provide patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. Dr. Ofori-Ampomah practices with a holistic and collaborative approach, focusing on education, prevention, and personalized treatment plans. He is known for his compassionate care, strong communication skills, and commitment to evidence-based practice.

Michael Rubalsky is a graduate of the Springfield College Physician Assistant Program, and is board certified as a Physician Assistant by the NCCPA. Michael is fluent in Russian and strives to provide care to patients in their native languages. He earned his Bachelor’s in health science at Springfield College, and joined Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven in 2020.

Rachael Konigsberg is a graduate of Drexel University Physician Assistant Program in Philadelphia, PA. She is a board certified Physician Assistant by the NCCPA. She received her BA from Boston University and joined Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven in 2020.

Adrian K. Wyllie, MD, MBA, CWSP, FAPWH, is the esteemed medical director and founder of Complete Wound Care, located in Wallingford and Milford, Connecticut. 

With a distinguished background in wound care, Dr. Wyllie’s journey began during his residency in general surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut, where he developed a keen interest in wound management. His subsequent career saw him play a crucial role in expanding Connecticut’s largest post-acute and long-term care wound management program.

A respected leader in wound medicine, Dr. Wyllie founded Complete Wound Care to advance the field through innovative practices, including the integration of artificial intelligence for enhanced wound assessment and healing predictions. I graduated from the college of mount Saint Vincent with MSN in FNP in 2013. Began my NP career at St. John in behavioral addiction medicine since then till now. I belong to AANP and ANA organization. I am suboxone waivered and certified in medicinal marijuana. During COVID I was asked to work with COVID patients on COVID unit and in the ED as temporary Hospitalist at St. John’s. My past experiences as RN are Med/Surg, Step down ICU, HIV/ventilator patients/telemetry. I worked for VNS home care RN. I plan to explore other medical interests in the near future.
