Our provider is Shelly Alamry, DNP, MSN, FNP-C, CWS. She specializes in family medicine practice and wound medicine.
She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed for practice in the state of MS by the MS Board of Nursing. Her experience includes 17 years of nursing experience with a background in emergency room, med-surg, wound care, family medical practice, and interventional pain management. She began her career as a nurse in 2006 and obtained her Master of Nursing degree from Mississippi University for Women (MUW) in 2018. She recently completed her Doctorate of Nursing degree at MUW in May 2022.

Dr. Geater, a native Memphian, is a graduate of the University of Tennessee-Memphis College of Health Sciences School of Medicine, where she obtained her medical degree. She went on to complete her internship and residency in Family Medicine at the Tuscaloosa Family Practice Residency Program of the University of Alabama, College of Community Health Sciences in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
As a board-certified family physician, Dr. Geater practices general medicine with special interests in sports medicine and occupational medicine.
