Nurse practitioner Jeanie Menendez embarked her healthcare journey in the fast-paced work of Emergency Medicine and trauma in South Florida which cultivated resilience and expertise laying the foundation for commitment to patient care. Dr. Girón is a board-certified family medicine physician with fellowship training in obstetrics. Originally from Colombia, she is fluent in Spanish and passionate about serving diverse communities. She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Cornell University, conducted epidemiological research at the National Institutes of Health, and received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency and fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Girón is a Creighton Model/NaProTECHNOLOGY Medical Consultant and is working toward certification as a Fertility Education and Medical Management (FEMM) Provider. She is also a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and serves on the board of the Tampa Guild of the Catholic Medical Association. Dyan Harvey, DO, is a board-certified physician specializing in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She founded Unique Dermatology & Wellness Center, which serves patients in Valrico, Florida, as well as the surrounding areas.
Dr. Harvey is extensively trained in all areas of dermatology and has a particular interest in skin cancer detection and treatment, skin care, acne, and aesthetics. She performs all cosmetic injectable procedures personally.

Farah was born in Trinidad but is mainly a Florida native having lived here over 20 years. She completed her undergrad studies at the University of Central Florida and went on to complete her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale.
Farah's first position as a Physician Assistant was with a clinic for the uninsured. She then took a position with Sarasota Memorial Hospital and spent 6 years practicing Internal Medicine. Farah is now focusing her career in Aesthetic Medicine. Her hope is to make patients feel better through health, wellness and aesthetic management. Farah is also an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Florida State University’s Physician Assistant Program.
Farah and Dr. Kalnoky have been married since 2015 and have three young children, a dog and one cat. In her spare time she can be found at one of the beautiful Florida beaches building sandcastles with the kids.
