Founder, Rachel Lethorn, MS, PA-C, ATC, graduated from Eastern Michigan University, Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Sports Medicine, and from Wayne State University with a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. Sports have always been an important part of Rachel's life. Rachel competed in NCAA Div. I gymnastics for Eastern Michigan University, where she scored the first perfect score in the history of gymnastics at EMU. She has judged gymnastics since 1994, and currently is a National level NAWGJ Judge. Her 20+ years of coaching experience began in Texas, where she is originally from. She has also trained as a sports medicine professional under the USA Gymnastics Team Doctor of Osteopathy and the Chief Medical Officer for Gymnastics Australia, Dr. Don McIntosh. She has been on the volunteer medical staff for USA Nationals and Australian National Gymnastics Competitions. Currently she is the owner of Med Sports Vantage, medical clinic in Brighton, MI.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in biology from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI before attending medical school at USE School of Medicine and graduating with high honors. After completing my Family medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in affiliation with the Wayne State University School of Medicine, I then completed an emergency medicine fellowship in affiliation with TeamHealth at St Ritas Medical Center, Mercy Health.
