Adina works collaboratively with clients to gain a sense of calm, confidence, and hope. She works with clients to achieve the goals that matter to them, including feeling less overwhelmed, building self-confidence, and minimizing negative thoughts. Erica attended medical school at the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons before completing her psychiatry residency at UCLA. She then completed her fellowship training through the Columbia University and Weill Cornell Child and Adolescent Psychiatry program.
