Sarah Sato, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and one of the co-founders of The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC located in Superior, Colorado. Sarah completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She went on to earn both her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing at Columbia University in New York City, where she was part of the Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. As part of her training, Sarah worked as a registered nurse at the Manhattan Children's Center and student nurse practitioner at the Neighborhood Family and Health Center in the Bronx.

After completing her training, Sarah worked as a nurse practitioner at several facilities in Colorado, before starting The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC in 2019. Sarah is board certified and holds both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado and is a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has independent prescriptive authority and holds a Drug Enforcement Administration certificate, which allows her to prescribe medication for patient treatment.

Val has over 14 years of healthcare and management experience. She spent nine years working as Practice Administrator and Billing Supervisor of a well-established Ophthalmology and Optometry practice. As Magnolia Medical Group's Director of Operations, she works closely with medical providers, counselors, psychiatrists, laboratory staff, medical assistants, and clinic administration staff to consistently develop and nurture a clinic atmosphere that is beneficial and conducive to helping those in recovery. Val has been with Magnolia Medical Group since May of 2021.

Val is a Colorado Native who lives with her husband and their two children. She enjoys camping, hiking, paddle boarding, and most other outdoor activities. She is also an avid reader, so if you ever need a good book recommendation, she's your girl! Val attended Colorado State University to complete a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.

Pradeep Raj Rai, MD, FASAM, is a board-certified medical doctor and a Fellow of the American Society of Medicine. He is the medical director at Magnolia Medical Group, with locations in Denver and Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and he is board-certified in addiction medicine to offer the highest-quality care to every patient he sees.

Dr. Rai received his bachelor’s degree in cellular and molecular biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, before going on to earn his medical degree. After working for several years in the field of addiction medicine, he founded Magnolia Medical Group to provide the residents of Colorado with resources for addiction that combine behavioral health solutions alongside effective medical care.

She graduated from Medical School at the Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro, and had clinical training in Pediatrics, General Clinical Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and completed a Master in Science of Public Health, all at the University of Colorado. Dr. Ana is clinical faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she has acquired, over decades of practice, along with years of work in the private sector, extensive experience treating addicted patients with comorbid psychiatric conditions. Andrea received BA degree at Doane college with honors. Worked in lab for cytogenetics while studying at University of Colorado Child Health Associate/physician assistant program. Graduated with master’s degree. She has been blessed with opportunity in primary care and specialty allowing continued growth.
