About Us

Dr. Bobé was born in New York, New York, and earned his Bachelor of Science in physics from Fordham University, located in the Bronx. He then continued his education at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, located in Brooklyn, where he completed his medical training. Dr. Bobé then practiced as a board-certified internal medicine physician in New York and Arizona before relocating to Boca Raton, Florida.

Dr. Matthew Lempel is a Yale University-trained rheumatologist who began his academic training at Yeshiva University and then New York Medical College. He was subsequently pulled into the orbit of academic powerhouse Yale University where he spent six years completing his internal medicine residency, chief medical residency and rheumatology fellowship training. His tenure as chief resident at Yale was a one-year commitment; this rigorous opportunity reinforced his skills as a master clinician and a mentor to newer physicians.

Dr. Lempel’s inquisitive nature and enthusiasm for learning about the history of medicine and the development of new therapies inspired him to become a doctor. His interest in treating complex inflammatory diseases in combination with other medical conditions motivated him to become a rheumatologist. Gustavo Cardenas, MD, FACC, is a highly trained and experienced interventional cardiologist and vascular medicine specialist at South Palm Cardiovascular Associates. At the practice in Delray Beach, Florida, he provides direct patient care and consultative services. 

He is dedicated to the prevention, evaluation, and management of cardiac and vascular problems non-invasively and invasively. Charles Harring III, MD, FACC, is a board certified cardiologist at South Palm Cardiovascular Associates in Delray Beach, Florida. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. 

Dr. Harring graduated from Florida State University, majoring in biological sciences, and earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, followed by a cardiology fellowship at the University of South Florida. Dr. Harring’s training included proficiency in general cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac catheterization, with subspecialization in pacemaker and implantable defibrillator placement.

Upon completing his fellowship, Dr. Harring started working in private practice with Mid Carolina Cardiology in Charlotte, North Carolina. While working for one of the largest cardiology groups in the country, he maintained an invasive practice, performing all modalities of cardiovascular care. While Dr. Harring continued to battle all aspects of cardiovascular disease, he became attentive to catching diseases before events happened. It was at this time he was first exposed to the developing practice of preventive cardiology.

Dr. Harring joined the team at South Palm Cardiovascular Associates for social reasons, and his focus changed from a more non-invasive practice to prevention. As a clinical cardiologist, including echo and nuclear cardiology, he has developed extensive growth and training in the science of advanced lipidology. His memberships in the National Lipid Association and American Society of Preventative Cardiologists have continued to form a backbone for his continued education.

Michael Metzger, MD, FACC, is a fellowship-trained interventional cardiologist, with special expertise and training in vascular medicine and endovascular procedures. At South Palm Cardiovascular Associates in Delray Beach, Florida, he has extensive experience detecting and diagnosing the full range of cardiovascular disorders, and provides effective, individualized treatment to his patients.

Dr. Metzger earned his medical degree at the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Israel. With more than 40 years of diverse experience, Dr. Blyden is an esteemed physician in his field.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in plant science from the Tuskegee Institute (now Tuskegee University) in Tuskegee, Alabama, in 1967, Dr. Blyden earned a PhD in pharmacology from prestigious Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, in 1976. Just three years later, he also earned his medical doctorate cum laude from Yale University.

In 1985, Dr. Blyden completed an internal medicine internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. That same year, he also finished his hematology/oncology and clinical pharmacology fellowship at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Marie Amanze is a Hematologist/Oncologist serving FSCDR patients in the Jacksonville and Florida Panhandle regions. She specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of blood disorders, including sickle cell disease, and is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through comprehensive and compassionate care.

Jacqueline Bradley, MD, FACC, has almost a decade of experience providing concierge internal medicine and cardiology care to patients at Coral Gables Cardiology Associates, P.A. in Coral Gables, Florida. She holds board certifications in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and adult echocardiography.

Dr. Bradley has a wellness-centric approach to patient care and is known for her attentive, mindful, and caring manner. Edward Neff, MD, FACC, is the senior physician at Coral Gables Cardiology Associates, P.A., in Coral Gables, Florida, where he has extensive experience providing concierge internal medicine and cardiology care to his patients.
