The whole staff there is wonderful the only complaint I have is that there is 1 girl at the front window when checking in I think she is glued to her seat she doesn’t get up or move after I signed in I turned around to have a seatShow more and she was yelling for my attention very unprofessional those girls in that office is very upbeat on the move and she just doesn’t belong in there and when I was checking out she was in the same position and eating and drinking a bottle of soda in the same spot
MY VISIT WITH DR RUIZ WAS 5 STAR. He does not rush and is through in his explanations to his patients. He has a very kind demeanor and when you leave his office, you feel confident and relieved with his diagnosis. Dr Ruiz is an excellent cardiologist, very good at explaining everything in a clear, concise manner, listening to a patient's concerns and acting accordingly. His "bedside manner" is outstanding - very caring and reassuring. I give Dr Ruiz, his Medical Assistant, and South Palm Cardiovascular my very highest recommendation.
