Jennifer E. Martin, CPNP-PC, is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner who provides outstanding services to patients of THINK Neurology for Kids in The Woodlands, Texas.
Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University at College Station in 2005, majoring in English with a minor in psychology. She then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) to complete her undergraduate nursing degree, graduating in 2008.
For her master’s degree in nursing, Jennifer also attended UTHealth, graduating in 2008. Her focus during her studies was in the role of a pediatric nurse practitioner. She has specialized training in pediatric neurology, with a particular focus on concussion, headache, epilepsy, and autism. Jenifer is also a member of the Child Neurology Society.
Before taking up her role at THINK Neurology for Kids, Jennifer worked in the critical care unit at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas, and as a nurse practitioner in both pediatric urgent care and pediatric primary care. She spends any spare time she has with her husband and their three children.

A native of Dallas, Dr. Varghese grew up with an interest in science and sports. He studied at Austin College in Sherman, Texas, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration in 2004 while completing his pre-med courses. He was awarded the Bryant Boutwell, Dr. P.H., and John P. McGovern, M.D., Scholarship in 2004, and received nominations for the 2006 Research Forum and C. Frank Webber Prize, and the 2008 Neuroscience Research Center Distinguished Medical Student Award. Dr. Varghese obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2009.
Following graduation, Dr. Varghese completed a two-year residency in pediatrics and a combined three years of residency in adult and child neurology at the University of Texas Medical School, which is the largest medical center in the world. Dr. Mandava was born in Dallas and grew up in the greater Houston area. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in bioengineering from Rice University in 2012. After graduating, he completed medical school training at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.
Dr. Mandava completed his five-year child neurology residency at Saint Louis University in 2021, followed by a one-year epilepsy fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in 2022. During this time, he participated in research in genetic testing in epilepsy.
Outside of work, Dr. Mandava and his wife enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors, and attempting to discover all the great food that Houston has to offer.

Paul Gill, M.D., grew up in Cypress, Texas and graduated from Jersey Village High School. Dr. Gill completed his residency in Neurology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where he was chief resident in his last year. After graduating, he went on to serve as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and established the university’s first satellite clinic in Edmond, OK which was an innovative and groundbreaking approach to the university’s ability to offer care to a broader segment of the population.
In 2009, Dr. Gill returned to his hometown of Cypress, Texas, and established Gill Neuroscience. He also played a pivotal role in opening the North Cypress Medical Center’s premiere Stroke Center where he continues to serve as the stroke medical director. Dr. Gill has also been selected as the Chair of the Department of Neurosciences at North Cypress Medical Center-HCA.

Dr. Marchesano undertook her residency in pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital from 2009-2012 and served as chief resident of the pediatric residency program for a further year. She then joined THINK Neurology for Kids. Dr. Marchesano holds certification from the American Board of Pediatrics.

Tammy studied for her Bachelor of Science in nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), graduating in 2006. She completed her Master of Nursing Education at the University of Phoenix in 2008, followed by a Master of Healthcare Administration. In 2010, she returned to UTHealth to undertake her post-Master of Science in nursing with a family nurse practitioner focus.
Tammy gained considerable experience in her role as a nurse at the pediatric epilepsy monitoring unit at the Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas. She has also worked as a nurse and a nurse practitioner for the pediatric neurology department at UTHealth. She is now delivering exceptional care to children at THINK Neurology for Kids.
