Martha Harrison, MD, joined OBGYN Westside in early 2026. She is an obstetrician-gynecologist and clinical instructor in the Raquel and Jaime Gilinski Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. John Migotsky is a Board-certified OB/GYN, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  He comes to ROSH Maternal-Fetal medicine with 16 years of experience.  After graduating from Brown University with a degree in neuroscience, Dr. Migotsky conducted research in maternal/child health and perinatal epidemiology with the Rhode Island Department of Health.  He received his medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  Then he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY.  Prior to his work with ROSH, he worked in private practice in Westchester, NY and was affiliated with Greenwich Hospital and Lenox Hill Hospital.

Dr. Kevin Jovanovic, a board-certified surgeon in Obstetrics and Gynecology, is trained in the newest and most advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy surgical techniques. Laparoscopy has transformed gynecology, cutting recovery time and eliminating much of the pain associated with traditional gynecological surgery. As a testament to his expertise, Dr. Jovanovic received Yale University's Outstanding Laparoscopic Surgeon Award in 2004.
