Dorothy Bestoyong, DO, FACOOG is a board certified ObGyn who brings a wealth of experience to the team at Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is excited to serve patients throughout Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida. 

Originally born in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Bestoyong moved to the Bay Area in California before eventually settling in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida. 

Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Bestoyong went on to receive her osteopathic medicine degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. She then made her way back to Florida and completed her residency at UCF/HCA Orlando OBGYN at Osceola Regional Medical Center, where she served as the academic chief resident. 

Dr. Bestoyong is excited to partner with and advocate for her patient’s health and wellness. She has interests in all aspects of Women’s Health, especially general obstetrics and minimally invasive/robotic gynecological surgery. During her time in residency, she received certification in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, as well as the Da Vinci Robotic System. She is also passionate about wellness in residency training and the medical field.

When not at work, Dr. Bestoyong loves trying out local restaurants, making matcha lattes, staying active by strength training and pilates, and loves spending time with her husband and newest addition to their family: baby Ezekiel "Zeke"!

Rita Ellen Eye, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN physician who joined Premier OB-Gyn in 2014 and sees patients at her Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL offices. She is a physician/owner of Premier OB-Gyn and serves in leadership as a Medical Staff Officer (Secretary) Chair for AdventHealth Winter Park. She previously served as Section Chair for the Department of OB-Gyn at AdventHealth Winter Park. Dr. Eye was named as one of Orlando's Top Doctors by Orlando Magazine for 2022 and 2023, and was named one of Orlando's Finest Doctors for 2024. 

Dr. Eye is originally from Potosi, Missouri, a small town near St. Louis (and she remains a loyal fan of the St. Louis Cardinals!). She graduated from her high school as Valedictorian. She attended Missouri University of Science and Technology, earning her Biological Sciences degree while graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006. Dr. Eye went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and was honored by being elected Chief Resident at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. She began her successful private practice in Texas where she lived and worked for four years before moving to Florida. She is married to husband Chet and a proud mom to a sweet daughter named Faith.

Dr. Eye chose to pursue Obstetrics and Gynecology because she was drawn to the idea of being able to help women of all ages - from adolescents to the elderly - through the various stages of life. It is one of her greatest professional joys to share in the excitement of a new baby arriving into the world. She feels honored to be in the room with her patients on that blessed day. She is an accomplished and skilled surgeon who especially excels in minimally-invasive surgery/laparoscopy, robotic surgery, hysterectomy, and many in-office gynecologic procedures. 

Dr. Eye is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Erin Manglardi, MD, MPH, is an OB/GYN practicing at Premier OB-GYN, located in Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida. She is originally from Orlando, Florida, and is overjoyed to return to work in her hometown. 

Dr. Manglardi is a local graduate of Lake Howell High School and stayed close to home while attending the University of Central Florida, earning her degree in Health Sciences from the Burnett Honors College. She then traveled to St. George’s University and received a dual MD degree alongside a Master of Public Health. Following medical school, she finally made it back to Florida and completed her OB/GYN residency in Gainesville, Florida, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.

The residency was an extra special time as she was able to deliver hundreds of babies, including two of her own! Her husband, Joe, and two boys, Michael and Luca, keep her very busy when she’s not at work. As a family, they love spending time at the beach whenever they can. They love watching their boys grow up in the place they both have always called home.

Dr. Manglardi is skilled at taking care of women throughout all stages and has a specific interest in obstetrics and robotic surgery. 

Matthew Wollenschlaeger, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined the Premier Obstetrics and Gynecology team in 2020. He is proud to provide high-quality care to the women in our Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL locations. 

Originally from Ocala, Florida, Dr. Wollenschlaeger attended undergraduate school at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry. He returned to Florida to earn a Master of Science degree from the University of South Florida. 

Dr. Wollenschlaeger completed his medical degree at The University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He went on to complete his OB/GYN training at Orlando Health, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, where he was the Chief Quality Resident.

Dr. Wollenschlaeger is married to Dr. Ansley Brown, a Pediatrician and Pediatric Critical Care Fellow at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. They have two children, Miles and Margot.

Alex Otto, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined Premier OB-GYN – which has locations in Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida – in 2024. Born and raised in Orlando, Dr. Otto fulfilled her dream of returning home to serve the community that shaped her. She has a passion for women’s health and strives to provide exceptional medical care throughout all stages of life.

Dr. Otto obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology from Georgia Southern University, where she was an NCAA student-athlete. She attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. Her interests include minimally invasive surgery (da Vinci robot certified), obstetrical care, mental health, and the female athlete.

Dr. Otto and her husband, Nate, have two children, Skylar and Mitchell. In her free time, she can be found working out, spending time with family in New Smyrna Beach, or spoiling her greyhounds, Boomer and Malibu. 

Lori Cuadros, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB-GYN dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered women’s healthcare at every stage of life. She sees patients at Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology from the Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida, locations, offering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Dr. Cuadros earned her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida. She received her medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University before completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies.

Dr. Cuadros has a special interest in contraceptive care and is passionate about supporting women through a positive, empowering pregnancy and maternity experience. Inara Palacios Martínez, APRN, FNP-C, is a compassionate bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner at Contemporary Women's Care, caring for patients in Lake Nona and Winter Park, Florida. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Inara is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where every patient feels comfortable, heard, and respected.

Originally trained in obstetrics and gynecology in Venezuela, Inara brings a unique international perspective to her practice. LaKrystal J. Warren, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN at Contemporary Women's Care. She serves patients at the practice’s office in Winter Park, Florida. As an obstetrician, she provides comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. As a gynecologist, she offers many in-office and operative gynecology services, including Pap smears, well-woman exams, STD screenings, colposcopies, menopause care, ovarian cyst management, and hysterectomies.

Jessica Silva MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who works at Contemporary Women's Care in Winter Park, Florida. Dr. Silva provides compassionate and professional care, taking the time to get to know her patients to fully understand their needs and provide the most effective care. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Silva obtained her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida and her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She then relocated to New York and completed her residency at the NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln. During her residency, she obtained certification in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery. In her final year of residency, she served as administrative chief resident and received the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine Residency Program Award for Excellence in Obstetrics.

In New York, Dr. Silva worked providing a broad range of care in Obstetrics and Gynecology to women of all ages. Dedicated to her profession, Dr. Silva shared her knowledge with residents and medical students as an adjunct assistant professor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Long Island School of Medicine in Mineola, New York.

She is very happy to be back in Orlando to serve the community she grew up in. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. She enjoys working out, reading, exploring restaurants and events with friends, and binge-watching TV/movies with her family.

Jennifer Clayton, APRN, is a skilled nurse serving patients at Contemporary Women’s Care, an OB/GYN, which has locations in Winter Park and Lake Nona, Florida. 

Jennifer was born in Winter Park and grew up in northern New Jersey before heading to South Carolina to earn her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina. After returning to New Jersey, she completed an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Rutgers University and, in 2018, came full circle—moving back to Florida to work at the very hospital where she was born.

Jennifer began her nursing career in gynecologic oncology before transitioning to labor and delivery and the obstetrical emergency room. These experiences were both humbling and rewarding, giving her the privilege of being part of some of the most meaningful moments in her patients’ lives.

Driven by a desire to broaden her scope of practice and deepen her impact in patient care, Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Family Medicine from Auburn University in 2023. Since then, she has worked locally in hematology and oncology. Now, as she returns to women’s health, Jennifer is excited to combine her diverse clinical experience to provide compassionate, individualized care for every patient she serves. Jennifer looks forward to providing compassionate gynecologic care to patients at our Winter Park location.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband, their one-year-old daughter, and their two dogs—whether it’s exploring the West in a camper van, relaxing at their family’s ranch, or enjoying quick getaways with friends.

Stephanie Lazo, APRN, is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner at Contemporary Women's Care, serving patients in Lake Nona and Winter Park, Florida. She is passionate about helping women feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their healthcare decisions. Stephanie believes in taking the time to listen to her patients, understand their concerns, and provide personalized care that supports their overall health and well-being.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Stephanie moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. Stephanie began her nursing career in an ICU step-down unit before finding her true passion in high-risk labor and delivery. There, she cared for women and their families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, building meaningful relationships during some of life's most special and vulnerable moments.

After becoming a nurse practitioner, Stephanie expanded her experience in functional medicine, focusing on nutrition, metabolic health, preventive care, and weight management. This background reinforced her belief that every patient deserves individualized, whole-person care.

Stephanie is excited to combine her experience in women's health and wellness to help patients feel their best at every stage of life.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, exploring antique stores, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, listening to worship music, attending church, and relaxing with a good movie.

Kathy Y. Jones MD, UPRS, FACOG, is the founder of Orlando Urogynecology, a private practice dedicated to female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, better known as Urogynecology. Dr. Jones was the first female urogynecologist in the Central Florida area.  She has devoted her Orlando, Florida, practice to providing advanced treatment to women who suffer from pelvic floor disorders such as urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

Dr. Jones uses the latest technology and techniques to help diagnose and treat all issues that affect female health. She offers the da Vinci® method to perform minimally invasive hysterectomies, and she’s equipped with the lastest therapies to help with vaginal health restoration.

About Christopher K Quinsey, MD

Christopher K Quinsey, MD, specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in the Central Florida area for over 27 years. At the beginning of 2011, Dr. Quinsey opened his new Obstetrics and Gynecology practice serving patients across Central Florida, conveniently located on Lake Mary Blvd. in Lake Mary, Florida. 

Dr. Quinsey received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1989 and his Medical degree from the University Of Florida College of Medicine in 1993. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children in 1997.
