Allison Bradley-Amore, DO, FACOOG is a board-certified ObGyn physician and Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine who joined Premier ObGyn in 2018. She was honored as one of Orlando's Top Physicians for 2026 by Orlando Family Magazine.

Dr. Bradley-Amore's career as an ObGyn was inspired by her personal experience with endometriosis and the care she received from an adolescent ObGyn as a teenager. Her passion led her to pursue a Master's in Science at Tufts University after graduating from Davidson College. She then worked as a bench scientist at Massachusetts General Hospital and graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She served as chief resident during her residency at Osceola Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Bradley-Amore enjoys all aspects of ObGyn care and excels at minimally invasive surgery, obstetrical care, treating menopause, and helping patients choose the best contraceptive option for them, including sterilization. Lori Cuadros, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB-GYN dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered women’s healthcare at every stage of life. Originally from Miami, Florida, Dr. Cuadros earned her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida. She received her medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University before completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies.

Dr. Cuadros has a special interest in contraceptive care and is passionate about supporting women through a positive, empowering pregnancy and maternity experience. Dorothy Bestoyong, DO, FACOOG is a board certified ObGyn who brings a wealth of experience to the team at Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is excited to serve patients throughout Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida. 

Originally born in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Bestoyong moved to the Bay Area in California before eventually settling in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida. 

Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Bestoyong went on to receive her osteopathic medicine degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. She then made her way back to Florida and completed her residency at UCF/HCA Orlando OBGYN at Osceola Regional Medical Center, where she served as the academic chief resident. 

Dr. Bestoyong is excited to partner with and advocate for her patient’s health and wellness. She has interests in all aspects of Women’s Health, especially general obstetrics and minimally invasive/robotic gynecological surgery. During her time in residency, she received certification in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, as well as the Da Vinci Robotic System. She is also passionate about wellness in residency training and the medical field.

When not at work, Dr. Bestoyong loves trying out local restaurants, making matcha lattes, staying active by strength training and pilates, and loves spending time with her husband and newest addition to their family: baby Ezekiel "Zeke"!

Rita Ellen Eye, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN physician who joined Premier OB-Gyn in 2014 and sees patients at her Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL offices. She is a physician/owner of Premier OB-Gyn and serves in leadership as a Medical Staff Officer (Secretary) Chair for AdventHealth Winter Park. She previously served as Section Chair for the Department of OB-Gyn at AdventHealth Winter Park. Dr. Eye was named as one of Orlando's Top Doctors by Orlando Magazine for 2022 and 2023, and was named one of Orlando's Finest Doctors for 2024. She was also honored as one of Orlando's Top Physicians for 2026 by Orlando Family Magazine.

Dr. Eye is originally from Potosi, Missouri, a small town near St. Louis (and she remains a loyal fan of the St. Louis Cardinals!). She graduated from her high school as Valedictorian. She attended Missouri University of Science and Technology, earning her Biological Sciences degree while graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006. Dr. Eye went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and was honored by being elected Chief Resident at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. She began her successful private practice in Texas where she lived and worked for four years before moving to Florida. She is married to husband Chet and a proud mom to a sweet daughter named Faith.

Dr. Eye chose to pursue Obstetrics and Gynecology because she was drawn to the idea of being able to help women of all ages - from adolescents to the elderly - through the various stages of life. It is one of her greatest professional joys to share in the excitement of a new baby arriving into the world. She feels honored to be in the room with her patients on that blessed day. She is an accomplished and skilled surgeon who especially excels in minimally-invasive surgery/laparoscopy, robotic surgery, hysterectomy, and many in-office gynecologic procedures.

Alex Otto, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined Premier OB-GYN – which has locations in Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida – in 2024. Born and raised in Orlando, Dr. Otto fulfilled her dream of returning home to serve the community that shaped her. She has a passion for women’s health and strives to provide exceptional medical care throughout all stages of life.

Dr. Otto obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology from Georgia Southern University, where she was an NCAA student-athlete. She attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. Her interests include minimally invasive surgery (da Vinci robot certified), obstetrical care, mental health, and the female athlete.

Dr. Otto and her husband, Nate, have two children, Skylar and Mitchell. In her free time, she can be found working out, spending time with family in New Smyrna Beach, or spoiling her greyhounds, Boomer and Malibu. 

Erin Manglardi, MD, MPH, is an OB/GYN practicing at Premier OB-GYN, located in Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida. She is originally from Orlando, Florida, and is overjoyed to return to work in her hometown. 

Dr. Manglardi is a local graduate of Lake Howell High School and stayed close to home while attending the University of Central Florida, earning her degree in Health Sciences from the Burnett Honors College. She then traveled to St. George’s University and received a dual MD degree alongside a Master of Public Health. Following medical school, she finally made it back to Florida and completed her OB/GYN residency in Gainesville, Florida, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.

The residency was an extra special time as she was able to deliver hundreds of babies, including two of her own! Her husband, Joe, and two boys, Michael and Luca, keep her very busy when she’s not at work. As a family, they love spending time at the beach whenever they can. They love watching their boys grow up in the place they both have always called home.

Matthew Wollenschlaeger, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined the Premier Obstetrics and Gynecology team in 2020. Originally from Ocala, Florida, Dr. Wollenschlaeger attended undergraduate school at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry. He returned to Florida to earn a Master of Science degree from the University of South Florida. 

Dr. Wollenschlaeger completed his medical degree at The University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He went on to complete his OB/GYN training at Orlando Health, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, where he was the Chief Quality Resident.

About Christopher K Quinsey, MD

Christopher K Quinsey, MD, specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in the Central Florida area for over 27 years. At the beginning of 2011, Dr. Quinsey opened his new Obstetrics and Gynecology practice serving patients across Central Florida, conveniently located on Lake Mary Blvd. in Lake Mary, Florida. 

Dr. Quinsey received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1989 and his Medical degree from the University Of Florida College of Medicine in 1993. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children in 1997. 

Over the course of his medical career, Dr. Quinsey has performed over 3,600 deliveries and numerous minimally invasive and major Gynecologic procedures. Silpa Senchani, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN at Women’s Health Specialists of Central Florida, with locations in St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Longwood, and Orlando, Florida. Dr. Senchani specializes in many common women’s health issues, including gynecological cancer, perimenopause and menopause, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, and menstrual disorders. Charles "Charlie" I. Stein, MD, FACOG, FASLS, is a highly experienced physician specializing in laser medicine, surgery, and advanced vein treatment at Vascular Vein Centers, with locations in Orlando, Waterford Lakes of East Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Mary, The Villages, and Davenport/Haines City, Florida. Born and raised in Sanford, Florida, Dr. Stein has dedicated his career to caring for patients throughout the state, bringing more than four decades of medical expertise to his practice.

Dr. Stein holds dual credentials as both a pharmacist and a board-certified physician. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Georgia School of Pharmacy before completing his medical degree at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) and the Medical College of Georgia. He is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) as well as a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (FASLMS). His additional certifications include microsurgery and ultrasound.

After extensive training, Dr. Stein practiced gynecologic surgical oncology, where he treated women with complex and often life-altering conditions. During this time, he recognized that venous disease was another significant and underaddressed source of discomfort, stress, and health concerns for many patients. This insight led him to pursue advanced training in phlebology and actively participate in national vein and phlebology societies.

LaKrystal J. Warren, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN at Contemporary Women's Care. She serves patients at the practice’s office in Winter Park, Florida. As an obstetrician, she provides comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. As a gynecologist, she offers many in-office and operative gynecology services, including Pap smears, well-woman exams, STD screenings, colposcopies, menopause care, ovarian cyst management, and hysterectomies.

Jessica Silva MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who works at Contemporary Women's Care in Winter Park, Florida. Dr. Silva provides compassionate and professional care, taking the time to get to know her patients to fully understand their needs and provide the most effective care. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Silva obtained her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida and her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She then relocated to New York and completed her residency at the NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln. During her residency, she obtained certification in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery. In her final year of residency, she served as administrative chief resident and received the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine Residency Program Award for Excellence in Obstetrics.

In New York, Dr. Silva worked providing a broad range of care in Obstetrics and Gynecology to women of all ages. Dedicated to her profession, Dr. Silva shared her knowledge with residents and medical students as an adjunct assistant professor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Long Island School of Medicine in Mineola, New York.

Stephanie Lazo, APRN, is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner at Contemporary Women's Care, serving patients in Lake Nona and Winter Park, Florida. She is passionate about helping women feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their healthcare decisions. Stephanie believes in taking the time to listen to her patients, understand their concerns, and provide personalized care that supports their overall health and well-being.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Stephanie moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. Stephanie began her nursing career in an ICU step-down unit before finding her true passion in high-risk labor and delivery. There, she cared for women and their families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, building meaningful relationships during some of life's most special and vulnerable moments.

After becoming a nurse practitioner, Stephanie expanded her experience in functional medicine, focusing on nutrition, metabolic health, preventive care, and weight management. This background reinforced her belief that every patient deserves individualized, whole-person care.

Kathy Y. Jones MD, UPRS, FACOG, is the founder of Orlando Urogynecology, a private practice dedicated to female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, better known as Urogynecology. Dr. Jones was the first female urogynecologist in the Central Florida area.  She has devoted her Orlando, Florida, practice to providing advanced treatment to women who suffer from pelvic floor disorders such as urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

Gene Krishingner Jr. MD of OB/GYN Care Orlando located in Oviedo, Florida is a board-certified OB/GYN who brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. His training includes a year of surgery internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, and then OB/GYN residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
