Adam Fechner, MD, is a double board-certified OB/GYN practicing at University Reproductive Associates in Hasbrouck Heights, Wayne, and Millburn, New Jersey. He specializes in endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, uterine fibroids, in vitro fertilization, polycystic ovary syndrome, and minimally invasive reproductive surgery.

Dr. Fechner earned his bachelor’s degree at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and his Doctorate of Medicine at New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. Ms. Perry completed her undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University (State College, PA) and obtained her graduate degree from The SUNY Downstate Medical Center (Brooklyn, NY). She is not only the C.E.O. of our practice, but she has also worked for clinics in underserved communities and as a registered nurse at NYU Langone Medical Center.
