After discontinuing the medication and experiencing complete resolution of her gastrointestinal symptoms, she became fascinated by the intricate relationship between hormones, metabolism, gut health, nutrition, inflammation, stress, and overall well-being.

Years later, following a prolonged period of significant life stress that resulted in amenorrhea (loss of menstrual cycles), Dr. Fenske experienced firsthand how dramatically lifestyle factors can influence hormonal health. When her cycles returned, she realized she had entered perimenopause, further inspiring her to dedicate her career to understanding menopause, hormone optimization, healthy aging, and the evolving science of women’s longevity.

Dr. Mylaine Riobé is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and integrative physician with more than two decades of experience caring for women across all stages of life. Her approach combines evidence-based gynecologic care with an integrative understanding of the hormonal, metabolic, nutritional, and lifestyle factors that influence health and well-being.

Dr. Riobé earned her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and her medical degree from New York Medical College. After completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and becoming board certified in the specialty, she pursued additional training in functional medicine and Chinese medicine. Dr. Barbieri is a board-certified gynecologist and a certified menopause practitioner with advanced training in integrative medicine, dedicated to delivering truly personalized, patient-centered care. She specializes in perimenopause and menopause management, tailoring nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and hormonal and non-hormonal treatments to each patient’s unique needs.

As the founder of an integrative women’s health practice in New York City, Dr. Barbieri provides expert care in gynecology and women’s hormonal health. Dr. Kevin Jovanovic, a board-certified surgeon in Obstetrics and Gynecology, is trained in the newest and most advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy surgical techniques. Laparoscopy has transformed gynecology, cutting recovery time and eliminating much of the pain associated with traditional gynecological surgery. As a testament to his expertise, Dr. Jovanovic received Yale University's Outstanding Laparoscopic Surgeon Award in 2004. In addition, he has been exceptionally trained in high-risk obstetrics, infertility, chronic pelvic pain, and urogynecology (treating incontinence). He was recently appointed as an Associate Professor of Obstetrics/Gynecology at Lenox Hill Hospital.

Dr. Jovanovic’s interest in women’s health led to his completing the prestigious Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute fellowship in Beverly Hills, California with Dr. David Matlock. He has since founded the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of New York City. Vaginal rejuvenation is a rapidly growing field within gynecology. Dr. Radoslav Jovanovic, founder of the Manhattan Laser Center for Vein Treatment, is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been treating women and men on the Upper East Side for over 30 years.

Caroline Paster graduated from the Midwifery Education Program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she received the Spirit of Midwifery Award along with Clinical and Academic Excellence Awards. Caroline received her Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Women’s Studies from Syracuse University and completed a post-baccalaureate at New York University. Caroline previously worked as a midwife at Coney Island Hospital servicing a diverse population of patients. She was recently awarded the 2016 Outstanding Preceptor Award from the American College of Nurse Midwives. Caroline thoroughly enjoys her work in obstetrics and gynecology and is also involved in training student midwives.

Rebekah Korine graduated from the NYU Nursing Program and the SUNY Downstate Midwifery Education Program, where she received both the Clinical and Academic Excellence Awards. Rebekah worked as a nurse in the Labor and Delivery Unit at Maimonides Medical Center while attending midwifery school. Rebekah began her midwifery career at the Williamsburg office of Boro Park OB/GYN in 2005.
