I began my training in womens care in the Navy in 1985. I have served on a ship, worked as an Emergency Room physician, and a general surgeon while on board ship. Since that time many years ago, I have treated many many women for all types of medical issues, both acute and chronic. I have come to appreciate womens health issues. Dr. Arus Zograbyan is a leading OB/GYN physician providing care for patients in Los Angeles, California area. She then moved to United States and completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She has performed research in the areas of polycystic ovary syndrome, thyrotoxic cardiomyopathy in pregnancy, and perinatal complications in women with hypothyroidism. During her residency, she received two prestigious awards for her research.
Dr. Zograbyan received her board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2005 and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists since 2007. Her special interests include endocrine disease during pregnancy, particularly diabetes and thyroid disorders.
To Dr. Zograbyan the most rewarding part of her practice is educating patients about their health and pregnancy, helping them to make informed decisions and become active participants in their health care. She is fluent in Armenian, Russian and Spanish.
Dr. Hill has recently retired from delivering babies to focus solely on her gynecology practice. She has special interest in contraception, menopause, hormonal imbalances, infertility, abnormal Paps and laser hair removal.
